Obama’s Ineligibility Is Still The Elephant In The Room

There is an elephant in the room, and it is not the Republican Party. It is the failure of numerous U.S. citizens in positions of authority to properly vet the qualifications of Barack Hussein Obama and to share that knowledge with all U.S. citizens.
Since those in positions of authority have failed to do their duty, it is left to ordinary citizens to fill the void. Here is what this citizen has deduced from the available facts in making her own attempt to vet Barack Obama. First, I present my conclusion: In January 2008 Barack Hussein Obama II took an oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States. For nearly four years he has been the principle violator of its provisions.

Sorry...the answer is: both of the above.
On November
28, 2009 I wrote a piece entitled Forgot
the past? Here's the future. It's a piece that every American
who expects to vote in an honest election should have not only read, but
made sure that every friend, family member and distant relative read as
well. About 50 thousand people read it. And, after the initial shock of
what they had read, 50 thousand people said, "Someone needs to
do something about this." And then each went back to busying
themselves with whatever it was they were doing before they read that
piece on Jon
Christian Ryter's Conservative World.
The article's
name is even more appropriate today than it was when I wrote it three
years ago. Sadly, in three short years we, as a nation, have conveniently
forgotten the past. We seem to view vote theft not a criminal act—just
crooked politics. In 2008, Barack Obama—a man, by all appearances,
who is not eligible to run for State or national political office in the
United States—stole the Office of the Presidency in 2008 with the
help of ACORN, MoveOn.org and Bill Clinton's National Voter
Registration Act of 1993 (the Motor Voter Act) which was legislated
by a Democratic majority in both the House and Senate during the first
year of Clinton's presidency to make it easier for minorities and
illegals to vote in national elections.
Of course,
to hear the Democrats talk, the purpose of the Motor Voter Act
was to protect minorities from the bad Republicans who, they have steadfastly
insisted since 1993, want to keep minorities as second class citizens
by preventing them from voting. In reality what every good citizen in
the United States—not just elected Republicans—wants to do is
make sure what happened in 2008 and again in 2012, never happens again.
Ferreting out and prosecuting scores of socialist union officials and
weak-knee union members, social progressive political activists and thousands
of "give me free stuff" idiots.
The "give
me free stuff" crowd who actually believed that when the election
dust settled, they would get all those freebies promised them by the leftwing
political activists are in for a shock. Before pining away on dreams of
living the good life on someone else's dime, they need to take a minute
and stop any of the 46% still-unemployed blacks (who never got any of
that free stuff in 2009 except food stamps) and ask them if they're
better off today than they were before they took the bait on the end of
the Obama lie that if they helped him win the White House, he would
help them.

Um: 49% of Republicans Think the 2012 Election Was Stolen?
Yes, we lost. But I don’t think it’s necessarily fair to say that ACORN stole the election, do you?PPP's first post election national poll finds that Republicans are taking the results pretty hard...and also declining in numbers. 49% of GOP voters nationally say they think that ACORN stole the election for President Obama. We found that 52% of Republicans thought that ACORN stole the 2008 election for Obama, so this is a modest decline, but perhaps smaller than might have been expected given that ACORN doesn't exist anymore.
Some GOP voters are so unhappy with the outcome that they no longer care to be a part of the United States. 25% of Republicans say they would like their state to secede from the union compared to 56% who want to stay and 19% who aren't sure.

The response was amazing but so many people just sent emails without getting us the required contact information we have been unable to create a comprehensive list.

Another few thoughts on this third party concept.
What would it take to get this idea off the ground and running in a big way?The answer is finding great candidates who may now be Republicans or even Democrats who will be willing to take up the CPUSA platform, who are already well known and who have shown the backbone and desire to work within the Constitution.
TPATH is not breaking any news here and we want it to be perfectly clear we have no knowledge or information regarding whether someone like Alan West could be drafted and run for President under the CPUSA. But, that type of candidate would instantly bring CPUSA into the game.
LET THE DEMS AND GOP SPLIT THE MODERATE VOTE
Finally,
despite the fact that Obama has been re-elected,
albeit fraudulently and on many fronts, this country remains a mostly
conservative people. If we can get them to join us in the CPUSA party
and let the Dems and the GOP split the left and moderate vote, our

Amazing how a reelection can
reshape an incumbent's thinking about many things. Now safely ensconced
in the White House for 49 more months, the Obamas have decorated the
place with 54 Christmas trees this year.
Even allowing for the usual Washington excesses with taxpayer money, that's a whole grove of Christmas trees.
"We have 54 trees in the White House," an excited Michelle Obama proudly told visitors the other day. "54! That’s a lot of trees."
In fact, the Obamas' 54 trees this year are almost 50% more Christmas trees than last year. That was during the campaign before Obama whispered a reminder to the Russians that he had to be careful until Nov. 6, when a victory would give him more "flexibility."

Obama’s October Surprise Unveiled
Since congress, the ‘president’, and the State Department are not giving answers, here are some - ARE YOU SITTING DOWN?

According to sources in the State Department and the CIA, and intercepted communications from the Muslim Brotherhood,
Obama "staged" the attack in Benghazi in order to create a monumental
"October Surprise" that would guarantee him re-election. Yes,
you read that right, and no, I'm not making this up. Obama, we now
know, is and has been working with the Muslim Brotherhood secretly to
engineer the release of the "Blind Sheik, "Omar Abdel Rahman, the
mastermind behind the 1993 World Trade Center attack.
In Obama's October Surprise, he intentionally set up the consulate to have no security so that Chris Stevens could be kidnapped, and held for ransom by Al-Qaeda (and the Muslim Brotherhood). Then, several days before the election, the plan was to trade Chris Stevens for the Blind Sheik, making himself look like a hero, and all but guaranteeing re-election. This was one of the top reasons why Obama was so insistent on the Muslim Brotherhood getting $1.2 Billion in U.S. Aid. They were to have a primary role in getting Obama re-elected. That is why, even though they knew days before the attack that it was going to occur, no effort was made to bolster security. It was intended to be non-existent. The Libyan security forces were intended to quietly slip into the night when the attack began.
And they did, just as planned. That is why, even though two
C-130U gunships, which were built SPECIFICALLY for this kind of attack,
and which could have saved the lives of our people there and were a
mere 45 minutes away, were never scrambled at any time during the attack.
There was to be no resistance whatsoever. That is why there were not
one, but TWO armed drones flying over the consulate during the
conflagration... our CIA operatives on the ground were painting targets
because they knew air cover was available.
That is why, even though requesting support and backup three times, their requests were NOT ignored, but were intentionally, specifically DENIED three times, and they were told to "stand down," which basically means to "surrender." That was part of Obama's plan. They were not to fight back. That would potentially undermine the kidnapping effort and cause unnecessary "complications." That is why, even though the CIA operatives and ex-Navy Seals were on the ground, providing real-time reports, and even though they were "lighting up" the source of the mortars attacking the compound with lasers, no gunships or support ever came. They weren't supposed to resist. That wasn't "part of the plan."
It
also wasn't part of the plan for one of the CIA operatives to
intentionally defy Obama's orders, and who rescued the body of Sean
Smith and then stood up against orders, and engaged the enemy who was
attacking American soil. It was supposed to be "clean." Quick, Efficient. Kidnap the Ambassador and get out. Then Save The Day in the "nick of time."
They didn't factor in a tiny group of highly trained ex-Navy Seals/CIA operatives...
American Patriots and heroes. Even though they eventually lost their
lives in the firefight, they managed to employ the full measure of their
skills, and took out over 80 attackers in the process... which enraged
the attackers, who were led to believe that they would encounter no
resistance. THAT is why Ambassador Stevens was raped, murdered, and
dragged through the streets. In their warped minds, they believed that
they had been betrayed by the U.S. yet
again. They believed that Obama was their friend. They believed that they were going to get their beloved Blind Sheik back. And yet, here were 80 of their own... dead by American hands. Obama was asked directly in an interview if he denied their request for assistance, he refused to answer, and instead droned on with a canned response promising to "bring those responsible to justice." Former CIA and State Dept. personnel are coming out now with damning evidence that indicts President Obama, and reveals the truth about what is going on. Hillary Clinton, who is now openly laying the blame at the feet of the President, after falling on her sword in a premature show of loyalty for the Administration. The "Video" defense was carefully crafted WEEKS in advance, to explain the attack.
If this doesn't outrage you, you are not a Patriot. If you are not moved enough to contact your congressman about this, you are not worthy of your citizenship.
Think about it people... If this were not planned then how did they come up with the phony video story so quickly.
They
planned this and then they had the video story to go along with it.
Many people serve all of us by taking the positions they do in foreign
countries... they should know that they are backed and protected by
those in power in the US...
Think
about it... even if you feel that all of this is not true about our
current president wouldn't you feel much better if he were not a Muslim
and then there are those that don't believe he is a Muslim either...
Wake up... if there is even the slightest chance he has any relationship as a Muslim he should not be in charge of this Country.
We have far too many things to worry about and this definitely should
not even be in question... I feel we all in our honest hearts know there
is some degree of evil going on here.

Surreal: Obama's Fiscal Cliff Proposal Stuns Washington
House Republicans said on Thursday that Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner presented the House speaker, John A. Boehner, a detailed proposal to avert the year-end fiscal crisis with $1.6 trillion in tax increases over 10 years, an immediate new round of stimulus spending, home mortgage refinancing and a permanent end to Congressional control over statutory borrowing limits. The proposal, loaded with Democratic priorities and short on detailed spending cuts, was likely to meet strong Republican resistance. In exchange for locking in the $1.6 trillion in added revenues, President Obama embraced $400 billion in savings from Medicare and other entitlements, to be worked out next year, with no guarantees. He did propose some upfront cuts in programs like farm price supports, but did not specify an amount or any details.
And senior Republican aides familiar with the offer said those initial spending cuts might well be outnumbered by upfront spending increases, including at least $50 billion in infrastructure spending, mortgage relief, an extension of unemployment insurance and a deferral of automatic cuts to physician reimbursements under Medicare … The upfront tax increases in the proposal go beyond what Senate Democrats were able to pass earlier this year. Tax rates would go up for higher-income earners, as in the Senate bill, but Mr. Obama wants their dividends to be taxed as ordinary income, something the Senate did not approve. He also wants the estate tax to be levied at 45 percent on inheritances over $3.5 million, a step several Democratic senators balked at. The Senate bill made no changes to the estate tax, which currently taxes inheritances over $5 million at 35 percent.
No wonder Mitch McConnell openly laughed at this outline; how else should one respond to a preposterous farce? Republicans should counter-offer in kind, demanding full Obamacare repeal, across-the-board tax cuts, the Wyden/Ryan Medicare plan -- and maybe toss in articles of impeachment just for kicks. 108% of voting population endorses Obama
WASHINGTON – The outcome of the Nov. 6 presidential election shocked almost everyone, with very few analysts expecting Barack Obama to win so decisively and to take so many of the “battleground” states that seemed to be pulling toward Romney.
But then the reports of voting irregularities started leaking out, then gushing out – like the 59 different Philadelphia voting divisions in which Mitt Romney received zero votes compared to Obama’s 19,605. And the Cleveland precinct in which Obama beat Romney 542 to 0. (In fact, Romney received zero votes in nine Cleveland precincts.) And in one Ohio county – widely considered ground zero for the election – Obama received 106,258 votes from 98,213 eligible voters – an impossible 108 percent of the vote. And that’s just the beginning.

The
federal government calls them FEMA Corps. But they conjure up memories
of the Hitler Youth of 1930’s Germany . Regardless of their name, Obama’s Dept of Homeland Security has just graduated its first class of 231 Homeland Youth!
Kids, aged 18-24 and recruited from the President’s AmeriCorp
volunteers, they represent the first wave of DHS’s “Youth Corps”, designed specifically to create a full time, paid, standing army of FEMA Youth across the country!
On
September 13, 2012, the Department of Homeland Security graduated its
first class of FEMA Corps first-responders, “Homeland Youth”. While the
idea of having a volunteer force of tens of thousands of volunteers
scattered across the country to aid in times of natural disasters sounds
great, the details and timing of this new government army is somewhat curious, if not disturbing!
DHS raising an armed army!
The
first problem one finds with this ‘new army’ is the fact that they are
mere children. Yes, 18 is generally the legal age a person can sign a
contract, join the military or be tried as an adult. But ask any parent –
an 18, 20 or even a 24 year-old is still a naïve, readily-influenced
kid.
The second problem with this announcement and program is its timing. Over the past two years, Obama
has signed a number of Executive Orders suspending all civil and
Constitutional rights and turning over management of an America under
Martial Law to FEMA!
Also in that time, domestic
federal agencies under DHS, including FEMA, have ordered billions of
rounds of ammunition as well as the corresponding firearms. Admittedly,
these new weapons and ammunition are not to be used in some far-off war
or to fight forest fires in California , but right here on the streets
of America !
Strange Armored Fighting Vehicles
Individuals around the US have begun reporting the site of strange, new, heavily-armed FEMA fighting vehicles. What would a disaster relief agency like FEMA need with 2,500 brand new GLS armored fighting vehicles? According to the agency’s own mandate, as well as Obama’s recent Executive Order, the answer is ‘population control’ during a time of Martial Law.

shows trailer after trailer carrying these new DHS and FEMA armored
fighting vehicles, complete with machine gun slots. They’re labeled with
the usual backward American flag and the title, ‘Homeland Security’.
Below that and the DHS logo, it also reads, ‘Immigration & Customs
Enforcement’. Joining those markings, the black vehicles with white
lettering also display ‘POLICE/RESCUE’ on one side and ‘Special Response
Team’ on the other.

FEMA
Deputy Administrator Rich Serino gave the keynote address at the
‘Induction Ceremony’ for the inaugural class of FEMA Corps members.
According to the DHS website, ‘Corps members assist with disaster
preparedness, response, and recovery activities, providing support in
areas ranging from working directly with disaster survivors to
supporting disaster recovering centers to sharing valuable disaster
preparedness and mitigation information with the public.’
Serino describes what the first FEMA Corps class has accomplished so far, as well as where they’ll be going next:
‘Yesterday,
we welcomed 231 energetic members into the first ever FEMA Corps class.
The members just finished off their first month of training with our
partners at the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS)
and are one step closer to working in the field on disaster response and
recovery. They will now head to FEMA’s Center for Domestic Preparedness
to spend the next two weeks training in their FEMA position-specific
roles. Once they complete both the CNCS and FEMA training, these 231
dedicated FEMA Corps members will be qualified to work in one of a
variety of disaster related roles, ranging from Community Relations to
Disaster Recovery Center support.’
A standing army
Unlike
most local disaster response teams who are volunteers, training
periodically and only showing up when there’s a disaster, the FEMA Corps will be a paid, full time, standing army of armed government youth.
FEMA
Deputy Administrator Serino goes on to explain, ‘The new members, who
range in age from 18-24 years old, will contribute to a dedicated,
trained, and reliable disaster workforce by working full-time for ten
months on federal disaster response and recovery efforts.’
In
closing his announcement of the first graduating class of FEMA Corps
Youth, Sarino describes his and the agency’s vision of the future, one
where ‘FEMA Corps sets the foundation for a new generation of emergency
managers’.
DHS arms itself
As
we detailed in the August 28 Whiteout Press article ‘History of DHS
Ammunition Purchases’, federal emergency management agencies are looking
more and more like a military army every day.
The
federal government’s procurement website actually lists DHS’ requests
for bids to supply it with ammunition and military weaponry. All of the
orders listed in the above article, including the orders for hundreds of
millions of rounds of ammunition, are publicly available at http://www.fbo.gov/.
One
look at a chart of DHS ammunition purchases over the past decade
reveals a drastic spike in orders of bullets recently, totaling in the
billions of rounds. Other charts available online show a similar drastic
spike in the purchases of accompanying weaponry by the Department of
Homeland Security.
What is Obama and the US federal government preparing for? Why
does it feel it needs an army of brainwashed youth, millions of guns,
thousands of armored fighting vehicles and literally billions of rounds
of ammunition, just to provide relief to the American people during a
natural disaster?

At the November 29, 2012, Preliminary Injunction hearing in Sibley vs. Alexander, Dinan and Lightfoot – a class action lawsuit in D.C. Superior Court against the three District of Columbia Electors of the so-called Electoral College – Barack Hussein Obama, II, refused to produce his original Short-Form “Certificate of Live Birth” and his original Long-Form “Certificate of Live Birth”. These documents are the sole evidence that Mr. Obama has proffered to the American People to establish his Article II, §1, eligibility for the Office of President. I had subpoenaed those documents for the hearing. As a result, I today filed my Verified Motion for Rule to Show Cause Why Barack Hussein Obama, II, Should Not Be Held in Contempt of Court. Judge Mott has reserved decision on that motion pending a response by the Defendants.
What exactly is the objection to producing your original birth certificates when subpoenaed? No objection was filed by Mr. Obama or his attorneys. He simply chose to ignore a lawful court process. Such disdain and disregard of the rule of law is appalling from one who – pursuant to Article II, §1 – has sworn to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Everyone else in these United States has to follow the law and prove -- as required by 8 USCS § 1324a -- that they are legally entitled to work before beginning a job. I would also submit that there aren’t any GOP lawmakers who are sufficiently stupid or uninformed not to know that Obama is taking us down the road to communism.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
