In the face of the most massive election fraud in U.S. history, citizens seem silenced into complete submission, Republican lawmakers are cowering in their congressional offices anxious to cave on every American principle and value to make peace with a tyrannical criminal cabal running the White House and Tea Party types busy licking their wounds, hoping for a better showing in 2014 and 2016.

Isn't anyone going to do anything about the theft of our nation? Are we really going to sit down, shut up and let progressive Marxists drive this nation right off the cliff without a fight? What is wrong with my fellow Americans?

If the American people don't stand up and stop the unparalleled fraud that decided the 2012 election before it was even held, they can totally forget about any future elections. Unless the American people muster the courage to stop this electoral theft of our nation, the people can forget about future elections as any means to solve anything.

Stop the 2012 Fraud

Before states can legally certify the results of an election, they must be confident that the election process itself was not compromised in any way. It is not possible for any state to have such confidence in the face of blatant and massive election fraud.

Before the Electoral College can cast its ballot for president and vice president on December 17^th, they must first certify that ballot, an act they cannot legally do if they have any evidence that the election results and ballot are tainted by fraud.

The simple math tells the story.

• Obama received almost 7 million fewer votes in 2012 than 2008
• McCain had less than 40% GOP support in 2008, Romney had more than 53% in 2012
• Yet, Romney received fewer votes than McCain?
• Over 5 million votes are missing in 2012
• The Military Vote is still missing
• Voter and Election anomalies are numerous
• Campaign fraud involving millions in overseas donations

We saw the massive fraud coming before it happened. Progressive Marxists have been working to destroy the election systems for decades and it all came together in 2012. We can easily identify and evidence the fraud following the election.

The question is what are we ready and willing to do about it?

Stop the Fraud

We have watched the American people do nothing about fraud after fraud after fraud from the progressive Marxists currently destroying America at breakneck speed. Beyond half-hearted political efforts squandered by the RNC, the people have done nothing serious to stop any of it. If they do nothing now, their cowardice will cost them everything.

No one person or organization can challenge the Federal Government alone. The people MUST act as one in a unified fashion and they must act now!

A civil suit will not do. Nothing short of criminal charges can solve what is happening in this country. People engaged in criminal activities tearing the nation apart and all of its constitutional systems to shreds must be held accountable for their evil actions.

If the American people intend to ever see a legitimate election again, they must act now to stop the 2012 fraud. The North American Law Center has been formed for the sole purpose of holding political criminals accountable for destroying the Constitutional Representative Republic. This organization has been formed so that all patriotic groups and individuals can work together to challenge the illegal and unconstitutional actions of a criminal federal cabal.

If the people don't unite and fight here and now, they will never know freedom and liberty again.

Stabilize Your State

In addition to joining with others to fight for free fair elections and a decent and honorable federal government, we must take immediate action to secure our sovereign states and position our state governments to protect the people and their rights.

This requires passage of The Balance of Powers Act in each state. The people must end the current misuse of the federal supremacy clause and block federal unconstitutional acts at their state lines.

Federal supremacy applies only to matters within the enumerated powers of the federal government. ALL other rights and powers are reserved for the states and the people under Amendments IX and X - "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." - "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."

The Balance of Powers Act establishes a means by which a state can determine the constitutionality of a federal act and block any and all acts which it finds to be unconstitutional. Constitutional federal acts would still enjoy "supremacy."

Idiot politicians and DC gadflies will attempt to tell you that the states lost their sovereignty and rights in the Civil War. It's one of many lies that will cost you your freedom.

The people must act together now while they can still do so peacefully. Without legitimate elections, no future election will matter. Without a cleaned up judiciary and direct enforcement of states' rights, the people have no platform upon which to resist the final destruction of the greatest nation ever known to mankind.

The time to stand together and fight is here and now. Stop the 2012 fraud and secure your state immediately or we will have no choice left but to learn how to live in a Global Marxist community that will be far from free.

Only the people can save freedom and liberty. The fight will be expensive, it will be dangerous, it will be painful and it will cost every citizen. But the price of fighting will be far less than the cost of doing nothing in the face of this great evil.

I pray that my fellow citizens can muster the courage. I pray that the fire for freedom still burns bright in the hearts of millions. I pray that God will bless our mission during this time of such great peril.

Most people are aware that the present six income brackets taxed at rates of 10 percent,15 percent,25 percent,28 percent,33 percent and 35 percent will expire,and revert to the pre-Bush era five income brackets taxed at rates of 15 percent,28 percent,31 percent,36 percent and 39.6 percent. Without some reconciliation in Congress,everyone,even those at poverty level,will see their taxes increase.

The marriage tax penalty will return. The tax code,before the 2001 EGTRA (Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act),required a husband and wife to pay more in taxes when they filed jointly than they would as single taxpayers. This will expire the end of the year as well. According to calculations from the tax publisher CCH,the marriage tax penalty translates to a nearly 17% increase in taxes for those married couples who file jointly,regardless of bracket.

A longstanding eligibility case challenging Barack Obama’s presence in the White House soon could be headed to the state Supreme Court in Alabama, where one justice already in a court filing has questioned the authenticity of Obama’s documentation, and the incoming chief justice is a dyed-in-the-wool Constitution supporter with little tolerance for those who want to bypass the document.

The move is pending in an eligibility challenge brought by Hugh McInnish and others against the Alabama Secretary of State Beth Chapman.

The case most recently was turned down by a state district judge, Eugene Reese, who got his opinion into the mix by determining that the case was “ordered, adjudged and decreed” to be dismissed. [...]

This one, should it appear before the state Supreme Court as Klayman plans, would be before a panel where one judge at an earlier step in the case already has raised doubts about Obama’s authenticity.

It was when the majority of the high court denied a petition filed by McInnish seeking to require an original copy of Obama’s birth certificate before the sitting president would be allowed on the state’s ballot this year, Justice Tom Parker filed a special, unpublished concurrence in the case arguing that McInnish’s charges of “forgery” were legitimate cause for concern.

Parker wrote, “Mclnnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the ‘short form’ and the ‘long form’ birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public.”

The “certain documentation” Parker refers to is the findings of an investigation conducted by Arpaio. [...]

In a speaking engagement that looked suspiciously like a campaign stump speech, on Wednesday, Barack Obama implied that if Republicans attempted to tie the debt ceiling to the budgetary negotiations, he might ignore them, stating “We’re not going to play that game.”  All along, Obama has shown a willingness to exceed his constitutional authority.  Since the Debt Ceiling debacle of 2011, there’s word circulating in leftist circles that under the 14th Amendment, there is some authority for the President to ignore Congress in order to satisfy the payment of our debts, but no such authority exists in the 14th Amendment.  This is a troubling proposition, and the fact that our Prevaricator-in-Chief  now makes these kinds of implications portends potentially lethal danger to our republic.  Obama has made little secret of the fact that he detests the prohibitions on excessive government authority in the US Constitution, but ladies and gentlemen, if he hasn’t gone too far already, this should be the proverbial straw that breaks the camel’s back.

NYT: Obama admin approved secret weapons deals that ended up arming Islamists in Libya

The Obama administration secretly gave its blessing to arms shipments to Libyan rebels from Qatar last year, but American officials later grew alarmed as evidence grew that Qatar was turning some of the weapons over to Islamic militants, according to United States officials and foreign diplomats.

No evidence has emerged linking the weapons provided by the Qataris during the uprising against Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi to the attack that killed four Americans at the United States diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, in September.

But in the months before, the Obama administration clearly was worried about the consequences of its hidden hand in helping arm Libyan militants, concerns that have not previously been reported. The weapons and money from Qatar strengthened militant groups in Libya, allowing them to become a destabilizing force since the fall of the Qaddafi government.

The Qatari assistance to fighters viewed as hostile by the United States demonstrates the Obama administration’s continuing struggles in dealing with the Arab Spring uprisings, as it tries to support popular protest movements while avoiding American military entanglements. Relying on surrogates allows the United States to keep its fingerprints off operations, but also means they may play out in ways that conflict with American interests.

“To do this right, you have to have on-the-ground intelligence and you have to have experience,” said Vali Nasr, a former State Department adviser who is now dean of the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, part of Johns Hopkins University. “If you rely on a country that doesn’t have those things, you are really flying blind. When you have an intermediary, you are going to lose control.”

A new petition gaining ground on the White House website calls on President Obama to cancel his estimated $4 million vacation and devote the money instead to helping victims of Hurricane Sandy.

The petition, which was created just two days ago, had 872 signatures as of 8:45 am ET this morning and is potentially be on its way to garnering the 25,000 signatures in 30 days required to elicit a response from the White House.

According to the news site delmarvanow.com, the petition was filed by John Phoebus, the organizer of a volunteer hurricane recovery group in Somerset County, Maryland. Phoebus was angered that the storm-ravaged county was denied direct funding from FEMA.

The petition states that for about the cost to the government of sending Obama on an expected three-week Hawaii vacation, Somerset could be rebuilt.

The petition reads:

On December 3, 2012, President Obama denied the request of Governor O’Malley and the entire Maryland congressional delegation to award Individual Assistance to Somerset County, Maryland to recover from Hurricane Sandy.

Somerset County is Maryland’s poorest county. The towns of Crisfield, Fairmount, and Deal Island were devastated by the hurricane, with flood waters causing widespread damage. These poor, working waterfront communities were already fragile from the decline of the seafood industry. Super Storm Sandy left them with no where to turn except FEMA for assistance.

For the $4 million it will cost taxpayers for the President to vacation in Hawaii, we could rebuild Somerset County. The President should stay home and send our tax money to Somerset County to rebuild.

The $4 million price tag for Obama’s vacation was calculated by the Hawaii Reporter and includes $250,000 in local costs.

But the actual expense to the federal government alone is likely even higher than $4 million, since the cost of just the transportation – roundtrip flights for Air Force One and an accompanying cargo plane – amounts to about $3,530,000, according to the Reporter.

6 December 2012: Whether you are at the doctor’s office, hospital, or clinic awaiting treatment for you or your loved one, how many of you read the fine print on those multi-page legal notices pertaining to privacy practices? I suspect not many, yet you sign them anyway, especially when you are at your most vulnerable. But, have you read them recently?

A caller to The Hagmann & Hagmann Report said that she took her daughter to a medical facility for treatment of an illness on December 4, 2012. Among the forms she was handed was a two-page privacy notice that she was given pursuant to state and federal law. Upon arriving back home and after things settled down, she decided to review the paperwork she received from the medical facility – despite not having a magnifying glass that would have helped get through the tiny, 8 point font.

In the wake of the election,following predictions that Republican Mitt Romney would definitively beat President Barack Obama,commentators and politicos like Karl Rove and Dick Morris have received a great deal of criticism. And it seems,at least according to sources who spoke exclusively with New York Magazine,that Fox News is now intentionally keeping both men off the air.
