President Obama says that income taxes must be raised on the rich because they don’t pay their fair share.  The indisputable facts from official government sources say otherwise.
The CBO reports based on official IRS data that in 2009 the top 1% of income earners paid 39% of all federal income taxes, three times their share of income at 13%.  Yet, the middle 20% of income earners, the true middle class, paid just 2.7% of total federal income taxes on net that year, while earning 15% of income.  That means the top 1% paid almost 15 times as much in federal income taxes as the entire middle 20%, even though the middle 20% earned more income.
Moreover, the official data, as reported by CBO and the IRS, show that the bottom 40% of income earners, instead of paying some income taxes to support the federal government, were paid cash by the IRS equal to 10% of federal income taxes as a group on net.

There is no question but POTUS knows this.”

Folks, there is a lot to this whole episode — like Benghazi — that we may never know. And this is not conspiracy theory, it is truth based upon Arabic and Islamic dogma and tradition.

Sometimes it is just the little things piling up that annoy me. When people are the annoyance, it makes me want to ask what in the hell is the matter with you? My bride sent me to the grocery store the other morning. That does not annoy me. With my list, it is an in and out mission. No nonsense, no browsing. But, every doggone time she sends me on the mission, the best laid plan encounters reality and I find myself hopelessly surrounded by the enemy.

The enemy are the pleasingly plump (That is a polite phrase we use here in Wild and Wonderful. It is more palatable that fat sow.) ladies blocking me from going forward or retreating. Two of them waddling abreast (no pun intended) using grocery carts like personal walkers blocking the entire aisle while carrying on a grand conversation. Wheeling around defensively I find a pleasingly plump person with her scooter sitting sideways in the aisle. She is directly across from another who is blocking the other side with her cart sideways while she carries on a big conversation via the Bluetooth gizmo in her ear. Neither is doing very much shopping. And there I was. Trapped. And all I needed in that aisle was a pack of hamburger buns. The buns shared the Ho-Ho and Twinkie aisle. A recon failure on my part. Not being one to desert my post, I maintain my defensive posture and make a break for it at the first opening.

I returned home to find that antlered rodents (that we cannot shoot inside town) ate a good bit of my yard. While mowing the grass, I also encountered a nauseating stench. Doing the natural thing, I immediately completed a 360 range scan of the perimeter. I was searching for an Occupy Wall Street tent. There was none. It was cat crap. Feral cat crap. Courtesy of my neighbors, with big hearts who feed the herd of feral cats that like to crap in the tall grass – in my yard.

All weekend the little annoyances piled up. Then the big one came. This one was another on top of many, but this one is egregious and with deadly implications for Americans both Soldiers and civilians. This one turned annoyance into anger. It was a deal cut outside the law requiring a 30 day advance notice to Congress before such an action can take place. Our President, the Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces, traded five rabid Islamists for an Army deserter. A Private First Class who deserted his post in Afghanistan and went looking for the Taliban. He is responsible for the deaths of members of his unit that were searching for him. There is no cheering inside of his unit for this trade. There is no cheering inside of our Army that our leadership would free murderous bastards for an Army deserter. Adding insult to injury, his Islamist sympathizing daddy, in Arabic and standing beside the professed Christian President of the United States of America praised Allah from inside the Whitehouse. Let that sink in just a minute. I am speculating that was part of the ransom deal. America surrendered to Islam. The world watched it on television and across the Middle East I expect repeatedly.

In the coming days, I fully expect to become more annoyed. The Whitehouse driven media will turn this deserter into a hero. They will turn this President into the great American who will not leave an American behind. Not the man who abandoned Americans to die in Benghazi to cover up a gun running operation to Islamic radicals fighting in Libya. Not the man responsible for the utter failure of the Veterans Health Administration. Not the man who never lifted a finger to help a United States Marine imprisoned in a Mexican jail. Not the man responsible for gun running into Mexico and responsible for the death of an American Border Patrol Agent. Not the man who is responsible for the Internal Revenue Service targeting his political opponents. Not the professed Christian who is unable to acknowledge Christians being brutalized in Islamic countries including the wife of an American Citizen sentenced to death because she refuses to renounce her faith and convert to Islam. No, not this man. He no longer exists. He is much bigger than all of these Republican conspiracy theories. This is the man who turned over hell and earth to bring home an American Soldier because that is what he does. That is who he is.

This is not the man who has so demoralized the United States Military that a West Point graduating class that is ready to give most anyone a raucous standing ovation, barely acknowledged he was even there. No, he is the hero who brought an American Soldier home.

And the most annoying? A Congress that lacks the intestinal fortitude to rid our nation of a tin pot dictator. What in the hell is the matter with you?

Be annoyed Americans. Be really annoyed. It will not get better for us until we are.

Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz and Bobby Jindal all want to be the next U.S. president. The only problem is, just like the impostor in the White House, Barack Obama (known aliases used: Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and aka Barry Dunham), all three are constitutionally ineligible, contrary to declarations from their campaign managers, ignorant journalists and partisan mouth pieces.

Jonathan Tilove, The Times-Picayune: "They (Jindal's parents) arrived Feb 1, 1971, and a bit over four months later, on June 10, 1971, Piyush Jindal was born at Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge, a natural-born U.S. citizen, who like every other child born in America, could, constitutionally, grow up to be president."

His parents were not U.S. citizens at the time of his birth; they were here on green cards. His mother became a citizen in 1976, his father in 1986. Jindal is a U.S. citizen at birth, but not a natural born citizen.

Rubio was born in May 1971 in Miami, Florida. His parents did not become U.S. citizens until November 1975. Rubio is a U.S. citizen at birth, but not a natural born citizen.

Ted Cruz was born in Canada. His mother was born in Delaware. Cruz' father was born in Cuba, lived in the U.S. on a student visa, went to Canada and became a Canadian citizen. But, he did not become a naturalized U.S. citizen until 2005. Ted Cruz is a U.S. citizen at birth, but not a natural born citizen. When the issue of Cruz' ineligibility came up in mid - 2013 with the Dallas Morning News proclaiming he was born with dual citizenship, Cruz announced he was giving up his dual citizenship because Ted Cruz wants to be president more than he wants to take his next breath:

"Now the Dallas Morning News says that I may technically have dual citizenship. Assuming that is true, then sure, I will renounce any Canadian citizenship," he continued. "Nothing against Canada, but I'm an American by birth, and as a U.S. Senator, I believe I should be only an American."

Technically? Sorry, Ted, but like the fraud in the White House, you were born with dual citizenship. The prostitute MSM including big money anchors on FOX like Hannity & O'Reilly to this day continue to parrot that because the fraud in the White House's mother was a U.S. citizen, therefore, so is Barry Soetoro. The key word here being born. Cruz thinks be can become natural born at age 43 when he announced he would give up his Canadian citizenship.

In that Dallas Morning News item, ignorance flows like champagne during prohibition:

"As speculation ramps up about Cruz's political future, some have questioned his eligibility to become president. Most legal experts have said Cruz qualifies as a "natural born citizen," a requirement for the White House job, as stated in the Constitution. "In the Dallas Morning News Sunday, legal experts told the paper that Cruz is not only eligible for president in the United States, he's also technically a Canadian citizen and can even run for Parliament. Unless he renounces his citizenship there, he could also obtain a Canadian passport, according to the newspaper."

The latest update I can find is Cruz was still saying he intends to give up his citizenship in January 2014: "TORONTO (AP) — U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz vowed months ago to renounce his Canadian citizenship by the end of 2013, but the Calgary-born Republican is still a dual citizen. Cruz, 43, recently said in an interview with the Dallas Morning News that lawyers are preparing the paperwork to renounce citizenship, just as he said in August. Richard Kurland, a Vancouver-based immigration attorney, wonders what's taking so long. Kurland said Friday that unless there's a security or mental health issue that hasn't been disclosed, renouncing citizenship is a simple, quick process."

Is a red flag coming up? In any event, Cruz still believes he can be a natural born citizen at any given time.

There was a reason the Founding Fathers grand fathered in the 'natural born citizen' clause in the Constitution. They wanted to make absolutely sure as possible there would be no dual loyalties for a U.S. president. While I have no doubt Rubio, Jindal and Cruz are loyal Americans, one need only look at the usurper in the White House regarding loyalty to these united States of America and the U.S. Constitution. Soetoro was groomed by a high profile communist in Hawaii and then went on to Chicago to resume his communist connections. He is a die hard Marxist: Obama’s proven communist connections in Hawaii and Chicago.

We all know about the dozens and dozens of eligibility cases brought against Barry Soetoro aka Obama and why every single challenge was shot down by politically corrupt judges: his skin is black. The biggest disappointment for the truth came on March 21, 2014, nearly a year after oral arguments from the Alabama Supreme Court:

"The Alabama Supreme Court has upheld the dismissal of a 2012 lawsuit which wanted Alabama's Secretary of State to certify the birth certificate of each presidential candidate before allowing their names to appear on the general election ballot. The court ruled 7-2 on the issue, with Chief Justice Roy Moore one of two justices who dissented from the majority's decision, arguing the lower court should have directed the secretary of state to check candidate birth certificates."

"The court determined that while the Secretary of State should check qualifications for a candidate, in 2012, no such authority existed to do so. Chief Justice Roy Moore wrote on that issue: "The chief justice argued that the results of the election did not render "moot" the plaintiffs' claim that the Secretary of State had a duty to verify under the "natural-born citizen clause of the United States Constitution" each candidate's eligibility to serve as president, before their names can appear on the ballot.

"Moore wrote that the Secretary of State has a duty under the U.S. Constitution to ensure candidates are qualified for office and he said the circuit court should have granted the plaintiffs petition in order to implement the natural-born citizen qualifications clause in future elections. "Moore also argued that the court should have granted the petition and ordered the Secretary of State to investigate the qualifications of the presidential candidates who appeared on the 2012 ballot. "Although the removal of a President-elect or a President who has taken the oath of office is within the breast of Congress, the determination of the eligibility of the 2012 presidential candidates before the casting of the electoral votes is a state function," Moore wrote.

"This matter is of great constitutional significance in regard to the highest office in our land. Should he who was elected to the presidency be determined to be ineligible, the remedy of impeachment is available through the United States Congress, and the plaintiffs in this case, McInnish and Goode, can pursue this remedy through their representatives in Congress."

"Parker wrote he concurred with Moore, but didn't believe the secretary has a duty to investigate every proposed candidate." (The full 83 page decision is here.)

On March 20 the University of California, Irvine, announced that Barack Obama will give the commence address to its class of 2014.
This is deeply disturbing, and anyone—or any university—who values ethics should be concerned.
Why is this? Because he was part of the failed Obama administration? Because he is a Democrat and we should hate Democrats?
No. This is not an issue of partisanship. It makes sense that UC Irvine would want an accomplished, high-level, well-connected individual as their commencement speaker. There is no doubt that Barack Obama is an extremely brilliant and accomplished man, having obtained his first Nobel Peace Prize at the age of 48.
Choosing Barack Obama for UC Irvine’s commencement speaker is problematic on a number of deeper levels, and invites serious concerns about Chancellor Michael V. Drake and the senior leadership at UC Irvine’s commitment to freedom, openness, and ethics. When a university quite literally has access to our children’s vulnerable minds, ethics become more than a fun thought experiment.

He has failed to lead in the fight for campaign finance reform
In 2008, Barack Obama was the first presidential candidate in history to reject public financing for his campaign. Four years later, he flip-flopped by embracing secretive dark-money groups. He also broke another campaign pledge by secretly attending a Super PAC fundraiser following his abysmal debate performance in Denver.

He has dramatically expanded the George W. Bush administration’s drone warfare program
Unmanned drone strikes have increased rapidly under the Obama administration, killing at least 2,400 people over the last five years. The Bureau of Investigative Journalism estimates that as many as 951 civilians, including 200 children, have been killed by Obama drone strikes in Pakistan alone. Obama has authorized the assassination of multiple U.S. citizens via drone strike.
Former Michigan governor Jennifer Granholm (D) once argued that unmanned drone strikes under Obama are less bad because “we trust the president.”
No. Valuing ethics means being consistent in the application of those ethics.

Obama has failed to make good on his pledge to close the lawless detention facility at Guantanamo Bay
Obama repeatedly promised that closing Guantanamo would be one of the first acts of his presidency. Five years later, the detention facility remains open, and Free Beacon writer Adam Kredo is reportedly being allowed to escape from there later this week.
Obama has expanded the Bush administration’s abusive NSA surveillance programs
American patriot and Pulitzer Prize-winning whistleblower Edward Snowden revealed that despite Obama’s criticism of NSA surveillance under the Bush administration, the “abusive” practices have been significantly expanded under the current regime. Despite pledging as a candidate to curtail warrantless wiretaps, Obama has extended the program for five more years.
Obama has stood by and failed to act in the face of 150,000 deaths in Syria
In a statement marking the 20th anniversary of the start of the Rwandan genocide that claimed nearly a million lives, Obama argued that the atrocity was “neither an accident nor unavoidable,” citing the international community’s “failure to respond more quickly.” He vowed that “in the face of intolerance and suffering, we must never be indifferent.”
And yet, after more than three years, the bloody civil war in Syria continues to rage. Brutal dictator Bashar al-Assad remains in power despite Obama’s repeated calls for his resignation. More than 150,000 are estimated to have been killed, and more than 2 million displaced as a result of the fighting.
Well, maybe he just knows how to play the game. He was just going along with his administration’s wishes, and that’s just how politics works, right?
Barack Obama could have quit his job if he believed these actions—all of which he was deeply involved with—were wrong. He did not. It’s naive to believe he was simply going along with orders and was powerless to speak out or resign. To deny him agency over his own actions is to dismiss his own intelligence and history. He may be a lame-duck president now, but this is crystal clear:
Barack Obama should not give the commencement address at UC Irvine and his selection shows that Michael V. Drake and the senior management at UC Irvine are ethically short-sighted.

Obama is, quite literally, unbelievable

For Barack Obama speeches are not just motivational instruments or representations of a desired state of affairs, but feats of political transubstantiation, where, if he utters them, words become reality.

It is a behavior not dissimilar to Adolf Hitler maneuvering imaginary German divisions from his Berlin bunker while Russian troops rampage throughout the city above him.

Delusional is the only term that I can muster to describe the chasm that exists between the words Obama uses and the differing reality into which they are dispensed.

In politics and foreign policy, words have power if they are truthful and followed by corresponding actions. When they lack authenticity, however, words degenerate into the coarse tools of a con artist, receptive only to the cynical or the equally delusional.

It is as if Obama is following the George Burns axiom, the key to success is sincerity, if you can fake that, then you've got it made.

Case in point was his 2014 commencement speech at West Point, which was little more than a collection of false assumptions and imaginary accomplishments.

"Al Qaeda's leadership in the border region between Pakistan and Afghanistan has been decimated, and Osama bin Laden is no more. "

Al Qaeda's central leadership and its ability to direct operations from beyond its base in Pakistan has diminished, but its affiliate organizations, along with other terror groups, have grown more dangerous. The new State Department report cited 9,707 terrorist attacks in 2013, a 43% increase from 2012, according to statistics compiled by the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism.

"Through it all, we have refocused our investments in a key source of American strength: a growing economy that can provide opportunity here at home."

The record shows is that Obama, with his throwback, old-fashioned, 1970s Keynesian economics, has put America through the worst recovery from a recession since the Great Depression. America has fewer jobs, lower real median household income and more poverty and income inequality.

"In fact, by most measures, America has rarely been stronger relative to the rest of the world. Those who argue otherwise - who suggest that America is in decline, or has seen its global leadership slip away - are either misreading history or engaged in partisan politics."

Although Obama campaigned on a promise to increase America's respect around the world, the failures far outweigh the successes: the death of four Americans in Benghazi and the subsequent attempts at a cover-up, his "red line" in Syria, "dithering" in the Middle East, and his "reset" policy with Russia that only allowed Putin's Russia to increase its sphere of influence in Eastern Europe. College students, a core Obama constituency, overwhelmingly believe America is losing respect in the world under the leadership of President Barack Obama with seventy-three percent believing that the United States is less respected by other countries than it was in the past.

"Here's my bottom line: America must always lead on the world stage. If we don't, no one else will."

In reality, Obama's "lead from behind" approach to foreign policy has led to a situation where our allies no longer trust us, and our adversaries no longer fear us. America has had little impact on the Ukraine crisis; we have managed to alienate historic allies like Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Israel; we have negotiated a deal with Iran which allows them to keep their nuclear facilities while we lift sanctions and their economy booms; the Chinese are taking advantage of America's weakness to make claims to the South and East China seas; and even that nuclear weapon toting, pipsqueak North Korean boy-president taunts America.

Barack Obama is a master of rhetorical posturing, but lacks the experience and depth of character to deliver on his lofty declarations.

History will not take note of what he said. The world will go its own way as if his words were never spoken - like sand against the wind.

Obama never loved America. He was steeped in hating the American way of life from birth. I don’t think he had any important ambition for his life when he was a kid. Without a father, religion, or moral foundation he hung with the druggies and gang bangers as such boys do. He started taking himself seriously when he hit the elite universities and noticed his butt was being kissed all the time -- and that he liked it. Just as you trained at the Naval Academy, Obama trained in a worldview that militarism is obsolete, and that the American military is especially evil. They don’t talk about it openly as they used to, but elite academics still believe that military service is a form of mental illness, a psycho-sexual maladjustment that anyone who learns how to handle weapons is pathologically aggressive. Their psychological defense mechanisms are built within a granite fortress of rationalized ingratitude for America. Obama never looks demoralized because he has no moral foundation of gratitude for America.

In modern times, the covering up of religious symbols,  including The Cross, started with President Barack Obama’s hypocritical address at Gaston Hall,  Georgetown University.
There was never any outcry registered by authorities who merely complied with Obama’s command for the coverup of religious symbols during his address.
“Georgetown University admitted covering over the monogram “IHS”—symbolizing the name of Jesus Christ—inscribed on a pediment on the stage where Obama was speaking all because the White House had asked the university to cover up ALL signs and symbols there.  Proof of the “IHS” covered up monogram was photographed by CNSNews.com, (CFP, August 14, 2012)
Why Obama would shy away from appearing on a stage with a cross and other religious symbols in plain sight at Georgetown University in April of 2009—within three months of his inauguration—should be no big mystery.
Did Obama cave in to the fear that these long venerated Christian symbols would provoke his Muslim brothers,  or does Obama regard religious symbols as too much competition?
The removal of crosses by threatened and active litigation continues as a trend after Obama’s coverup success at Gaston Hall.
