have given life and limb and heart and soul to protect their country and
its freedoms has been apparent for years. More

The media are already analyzing the new
proposals President Obama is set to layout this evening in his sixth
annual State of the Union address (seventh if you count his unofficial
2009 address). Here at Grabien, we're also looking at results. Taking a
look back at past SOTU promises, How many actually ever materialized?
The numbers aren't pretty. From 2009 through 2014, we count 112 promises that to date remain unfulfilled.
We should also note that many of these promises are duplicated from one year to another. For example, every year he has pledged to pass comprehensive immigration reform, overhaul corporate taxes, reduce regulations, and close Guantanamo Bay.

It
is difficult to write satire in a political-media environment that is
delusional and corrupt. Satire is a comparative art, where, ultimately,
truth is the basis of that comparison. When everything is a lie and
reality is absurd, the similes and metaphors of satire lose their
impact.
Conservative movement leaders have published a Citizen's Mandate,
which outlines initiatives they want Republicans in Congress to take in
order to "stop" Barack Obama's "fundamental transformation of America,"
something they say the American people made clear in the 2014 midterm
elections with such decisive GOP victories.
According to Breitbart's Matthew Boyle,
the major bullet points that the conservative leaders say the citizenry
expects of Republicans include: an end to Obama's "promised
‘Fundamental Transformation' of the country," a stop to overreaches by
the executive branch, a restoration of "Constitutional balance of power
among the three branches of government," for Republicans to "bring an
end to the perennially unpopular Affordable Care Act," to stop "the
President's Executive Amnesty initiatives," while holding "the Executive
branch accountable for its myriad abuses of power and its national
security failures both foreign and domestic" and a new beginning that
puts "the interests of the United States of America first among
nations."
They are all sensible and laudable goals, yet they do not address the essence of the problem.
It is a little like whistling past the graveyard,
recommending half measures to instill faint optimism in the face of a
dire situation; dilute penicillin for a political-media culture mortally
infected by lies and corruption.
The
challenge for the country is not as much to formulate solutions to the
problems Obama created, but to reveal the truth about Obama and the
conspiracy of silence that has led us to this pivotal point in our
history, whether or not the United States will survive as a
constitutional republic.
It
is certainly true that Obama has maliciously abused the power of the
Presidency, has deliberately weakened national security and has
dramatically expanded government and dangerously increased the national
debt.
The issue, however, is not his performance in office, but that he is in office at all.
One does not need a Citizen's Mandate to "stop" Obama. One only needs to tell the truth.
Half
measures or no measures are preferred because the truth would expose
the rampant corruption of our political and media elite, reveal their
complicity in Obama's violations of Constitution, uncover their willful
ignorance of his alleged felonies and confirm their participation in the
greatest election fraud and Constitutional crisis in American history.
Given that scenario, it should come as no surprise that politicians and the media have little incentive to investigate allegations involving a forged birth certificate, a forged Selective Service registration, and the use of a Social Security Number not issued to him.
Neither Kapiolani Medical Center nor Queens Medical Center, both in Honolulu, Hawaii have ever confirmed from their hospital records
that Obama was born in either hospital. Between November 20th and
December 2nd of 2008, 13 separate Hawaiian hospitals were contacted to
determine if Obama had been born there, none of which could or would
confirm that it was the facility where he was born. Hawaiian law allows
the state to issue a certificate of live birth even if the child is born
outside Hawaii provided the parents have been legal residents for at
least one year immediately preceding the birth.
If Obama was born in Kenya,
he was not even a citizen of the United States at birth. According to
the Nationality Act of 1940, revised June 1952, his American citizen
mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, had to have been a resident of the United
States for 10 years, at least five of which were over the age of 14, to
confer U.S. citizenship. Dunham did not meet that five-year requirement
until her 19th birthday in late November of 1961, almost four months
after Obama was born.
In 1966 or 1967, Stanley Ann Dunham married Indonesian Muslim Lolo Soetoro, who adopted
Obama, which made him an Indonesian citizen according to Indonesian
law. Elementary school records in Indonesia list Obama's name as Barry
Soetoro, his religion as Islam, and his citizenship as Indonesian.
Because Indonesia does not allow dual citizenship, Obama thus lost his
U.S. citizenship (if he even had it) when he became an Indonesian
citizen around 1967.
Indonesia today still does not allow
dual citizenship. Under Indonesia law, once Obama became a naturalized
citizen by virtue of adoption he could not lose that status without
relinquishing his citizenship in writing, under oath. Upon returning to
the United States from Indonesia, Obama eventually satisfied the
"five-years-after-age-14" residency requirement of the 1952 Immigration
and Nationality Act, thus making him a naturalized citizen of the United
States at age 19.
It may be
that Obama's Indonesian citizenship permitted him to apply to Occidental
College as a foreign student, was the reason why Obama may have never
registered for Selective Service and why he could have used an
Indonesian passport to travel to Pakistan in 1981.
But
never mind, Obama cannot be investigated because the truth might expose
an illegitimate Presidency, in which all the laws he signed, all the
appointments he made and all the executive orders he gave are null and
void - and all those who concealed the facts are complicit or, simply,
cowards.
No matter how
idealistic are the foundations of the United States or how honorable its
past, the accumulation of excessive power in the federal government and
the media has transformed it into a dysfunctional super-state dedicated
to maintaining its own authority irrespective of the truth or the
well-being of the country.
The
chief occupation of the Obama years has been the willingly blind belief
in the palpably untrue. Those years will be written not as history or
even satire, but as farce.

No, Ted Cruz is Not Eligible
On October 31, 2014, MinuteManNews.com published an article by Greg Conterio, titled, “Yes, Ted Cruz is Eligible to Serve as President,” Over the past seven years, since the day Barack Obama crawled out of the political cesspools of South Chicago, I have written numerous articles on the question of his eligibility to serve as president… the longest of which is a comprehensive 13-page analysis of the term “natural born Citizen” titled, “The Obama Eligibility Question .”Now, as we enter the 2016 campaign season, with Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX), Governor Bobby Jindal (R-LA), Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Senator Rick Santorum (R-PA), mentioned as potential presidential candidates, a great many Americans remain confused about the definition of the term “natural born Citizen.” Although each of these men are eligible to serve as governors, as U.S. Senators, as members of the U.S. House of Representatives, or even justices of the U.S. Supreme Court, none are eligible to serve as president or vice president because they are not “natural born Citizens,” as required by Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution.
Cruz was born in Canada to an American mother and a Cuban father; Jindal was born in the U.S. to a father and mother, both of whom were citizens of India; Rubio was born in the U.S to parents, both of whom were citizens of Cuba; and Santorum was born in the U.S. to an American mother and an Italian father. Under provisions of the 14th Amendment, all are “citizens at birth,” but none are “natural born” citizens because of their non-citizen parentage.
Aware that Senator Cruz was born in Canada to a Cuban father, Conterio relies on language contained in 8 USC §1401 to support his contention that Cruz is a “natural born” citizen. That statutory language defines a “citizen at birth” as “a person born outside of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is a citizen of the United States who has been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year prior to the birth of such person, and the other of whom is… not a citizen of the United States.” At no point does the statute mention the term “natural born Citizen,” nor does it attempt to show that the terms “natural born Citizen” and “citizen at birth” are synonymous. To the contrary, when the Founders inserted the words “natural born Citizen” in Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution, as a principal qualification for those who wished to serve as president of the United States, it was their intention that all those born with any taint of foreign allegiance should be barred from the presidency and the vice presidency. Hence, the term “natural born Citizen.”
Under the 14th Amendment, all those born in the United States to American citizen parents, as well as those born to foreign nationals or parents of mixed nationality, are “citizens at birth.” In other words, all “natural born” citizens are “citizens at birth,” but not all “citizens at birth” are “natural born.” However, Conterio contends that the terms “natural born Citizen” and “Citizen at birth” are synonymous, just as the terms “dog” and “domestic canine” are synonymous. That simply is not true. Those terms are no more synonymous than the terms “apple” and “orange.” But then, Conterio goes on to argue that, “Based on U.S. law, the terms ‘natural born Citizen’ and ‘Citizen at birth’ are synonymous.” However, in the next breath he reverses course, saying, “The Founders said ‘Natural Born Citizen,’ and the U.S. Code says ‘Citizen at Birth,’ which mean two completely different things.” So which is it? Either the terms are “synonymous,” or are they “two completely different things?” They can’t be both.
What many who support the eligibility of Cruz, Jindal, Rubio, and Santorum refuse to consider is that there are only two jobs in all of America that require the incumbents to be “natural born” citizens. Those jobs are president and vice president of the United States. Every other job in America, in government or in the private sector, can be filled by natural born citizens, by citizens at birth, by naturalized citizens, or, in some cases, by non-citizens with work visas. Those who agree that there are several categories of citizenship, but then argue that the Constitution puts no unique requirements on candidates for president and vice president, have an obligation to explain what they see as the difference between a “natural born” citizen and any other kind of citizen.
In his analysis, Conterio relies heavily on an April 3, 2009 memorandum prepared by attorney Jack Maskell of the Congressional Research Service (CRS). The Maskell memorandum, which has been widely discredited, was produced for one reason and one reason alone: to give political cover to members of Congress who voted to certify Obama’s Electoral College votes, knowing or strongly suspecting that he was not eligible for that office.
The gist of Maskell’s argument is that “…there is no federal law, regulation, rule, guideline, or requirement that a candidate for federal office produce his or her original birth certificate, or a certified copy of the record of live birth, to any official of the United States government… Furthermore, there is no specific federal agency or office that ‘vets’ candidates for federal office as to qualifications or eligibility… ”
No specific federal agency or office that “vets” candidates for federal office as to qualifications or eligibility? Upon being sworn into office in early January, following each biennial General Election, all members of Congress are required to swear the following oath: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”
The congressional oath of office clearly requires all members of Congress to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” That includes all those who would seek to gain access to the presidency without the necessary qualifications.
The presidential selection process provides three vetting opportunities for president and vice president. Unfortunately, all three vetting opportunities failed miserably in 2008-09. The first occurred at the close of the Democratic national convention, in Denver, when the convention chairman, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, and the convention secretary, Alice Travis Germond, certified Barack Obama and Joe Biden to the 50 state election boards so that ballots could be printed.
Because Hawaii has specific certification requirements under Hawaii Revised Statutes §11-113, Pelosi and Germond certified to the State of Hawaii, as follows: “THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at the National Convention of the Democrat Party of the United States of America, held in Denver, Colorado, on August 25 though (sic) 28, 2008, the following were duly nominated candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively, and that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.”
The certifications sent to the other 49 states read, simply: “THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at the National Convention of the Democrat Party of the United States of America, held in Denver, Colorado, on August 25 though (sic) 28, 2008, the following were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States, respectively.” Affixed were the names and home addresses of Barack Obama and Joe Biden. The phrase, “… and that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution” was purposely omitted.
Other than that, all of the documents were identical… even to the misspelling of the word “through” in the second line of the certifications. The only reasonable conclusion to be drawn is that Democrats knew when they nominated him that Obama was not a “natural born” citizen and, therefore, ineligible to serve. Pelosi was aware that certifying falsely to Obama’s eligibility was a criminal offense, so the question arises, what did she know, and when did she know it?
The second vetting opportunity occurred on December 15, 2008, when the Democratic members of the Electoral College met to elect Barack Obama and Joe Biden. Even though most electors had been warned in advance that Obama did not meet the constitutional requirements to serve as president, all 365 Democratic electors, anxious to have another Democrat in the White House, violated their electoral oaths and cast their ballots for Obama.
The third and final vetting opportunity occurred on January 8, 2009, when the Congress met in joint session to certify the votes of the Electoral College. Prior to that date, essentially every member of Congress had been advised that Obama’s citizenship status was seriously in doubt. So, if a member of Congress suspected that the Electoral College had erred, it was his/her solemn obligation to make those suspicions known and to object to the certification of the Electoral College vote. Yet, all 535 members of Congress, Republicans and Democrats alike, purposely violated their oath of office by failing to demand an examination of Obama’s qualifications.
Why did they do so? Although we can’t read the minds of 535 members of Congress, we can “bet the farm” that most failed to question Obama’s eligibility because they were terrified at what would happen in the streets of America if the first black man ever elected by the Electoral College was turned away at the last moment on a constitutional “technicality.” Instead, the double-redundant “fail safe” system envisioned by the Founders suffered catastrophic failure.
But now, with the potential candidacies of Ted Cruz, Bobby Jindal, Marco Rubio, or Rick Santorum, Republican principles will soon be put to the test. We will see whether Republicans, who, unlike Democrats, believe in the strict construction of the Constitution and the rule of law, will have sufficient reverence for the words of the Constitution to deny the nomination to a candidate who does not meet the necessary qualifications. Knowing Republicans as I do, I feel certain that they will distinguish themselves by refusing to nominate an unqualified candidate.

3) Obama STEALS. Though you may not want to hear this, it is the sick
treasonous truth that Obama stole the United States Presidency. The
elections in 2008 and 2012 were acts of criminal fraud committed by
Obama and the Democratic National Committee against an uninformed
electorate. One example of this is that Nancy Pelosi and the DNC in
concert with Obama unlawfully altered the Certification of Nomination
papers for Obama to be the party's nominee by omitting the required
phrase "legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United
States Constitution." The altered certification papers then were
forwarded on to the 50 various Secretaries of State for Obama's name to
be placed on their ballots. All of this, in case you don't know it, was
done because Obama, not being a Natural Born American Citizen, was not
(and still is not) constitutionally eligible to run for or hold the
office of president.
4) Obama is a CRIMINAL (a person who commits crimes). His so-called
Hawaiian birth certificate is a FORGERY. In addition, the Social
Security Number which Obama has used while president was stolen from a
dead man named Harrison J Bounel, which constitutes the widespread
and serious crime of IDENTITY THEFT. Furthermore, Obama's Selective
Service Registration Form (military draft card) was UNLAWFULLY ALTERED
AND BACKDATED to make it look like he was in compliance at age 18 with
Selective Service laws when, in fact, he was not (he wasn't even an
American citizen at that time- he was an Indonesian citizen and
very possibly still is an Indonesian citizen today). All of these
crimes and many more were committed by Obama to FABRICATE AN IDENTITY AS
AN AMERICAN CITIZEN WHO COULD ASPIRE FOR AND SOME DAY RUN FOR POLITICAL
OFFICE.
5) Obama is MUSLIM. He has ties to the terrorist organization THE
MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD. He wears a gold ring on his wedding finger with an
Islamic inscription on it meaning, "There is no god but Allah." Yet, he
claims to be none of this.
6) Obama is an ARAB AMERICAN. His claim of being America's "first
Black president" is, to say the least, questionable in its accuracy.

Somehow this seems to fit nicely with his views and actions both at

7) Obama can be COMPROMISED AND BLACKMAILED. He is sexually
conflicted and a substance abuser. As an example, when he was an
Illinois state senator and a married man with one child, he had gay sex
in the back of a limousine with a COMPLETE STRANGER named Larry
Sinclair. Obama bought cocaine for them to use together and furnished
some of it to Sinclair (under the law, this is considered the same as
felony drug sales). Sinclair later authored a book (published 2009)
about the experience and other aspects of Obama's life entitled, "BARACK
OBAMA AND LARRY SINCLAIR: COCAINE, SEX, LIES AND MURDER?" And,
according to reports, Obama's extramarital sexual exploits have
continued with a variety of other partners (both male and female) while
he has been president.
8) Obama is a WANNA-BE DICTATOR. No explanation necessary. I thought
we were supposed to be a democratic society governed by the combined
bi-partisan benevolent efforts of duly elected and appointed
representatives.
9) Obama is a DIVIDER NOT A UNITER. Some, including myself, would
also call him a RACIST. As previously noted (in the sixth item above),
there is a sinister disconnect to his racism. He is by far more Arab
than Black, though he pretends to be otherwise.
10) Obama is NOT A NATURAL BORN AMERICAN CITIZEN. Thus, he is not
qualified constitutionally to hold the office of the presidency (Article
2, Paragraph 1, Section 5- if you don't like it, Chief Justice Roberts,
then try to change it). Obama was born in the foreign country of
British Kenya to a Kenyan father. Obama himself authorized a biography
published in 1991 which stated that he was "Kenyan-born." The bio
remained undisputed and unchanged, despite revisions in other areas,
until 2007 when he and his handlers decided that the time was right for
him to run for president/dictator. As a child, Obama was adopted by an
Indonesian man, Lolo Soetoro. Obama became an Indonesian citizen by the
name, Barry Soetoro. When Soetoro AKA Obama attended undergraduate
universities in the continental United States, he received financial aid
to foreign students and was designated a citizen of Indonesia. No
valid records have been produced by Soetoro AKA Obama to show that he
ever became an American citizen by any legal definition much less a
natural born American citizen. Personally, I DO NOT "ADMIRE" SOMEONE
WHO USURPED THE AMERICAN PRESIDENCY AND COMMAND OF ITS ARMED FORCES.
To accurately understand Obama you must view his actions from his
perspective which is that of a foreign agent. Obama is a Communist

beginning of his presidential candidacy, that if the Republicans would
not challenge his constitutional eligibility or on his forged birth

eyes to reality and the factual evidence that supports the above and you

A New Year: Why, Mr. President, Why?
Happy
New Year, my fellow Americans. Getting my butt back into the gym is my
New Year Resolution. I saw a guy I thought was around my age who
looked fantastic, very muscular. He said he was 57; his secret was
protein and creatine supplements.
As I begin 2015, another year into the battle to save my country, I observe the daily news, thinking, “Same old, same old.” President Obama continues to, in essence, give Congress and American voters the finger, arrogantly governing unilaterally against the best interest, the will, and the protection of the American people.
My dear friend Victoria Jackson, former star of SNL, has been deemed a nutcase for calling Obama a Muslim and a communist. While I cannot confirm whether or not Vickie and other pundits are correct in their assessment, clearly Obama is on a different page from those of us who love freedom and America.
The question that continues to nag millions of Americans is, why does this man do what he does? Why, Mr. President, why?
Why did you bring Ebola to America? Why do you refuse to place a travel ban into America on Ebola-riddled countries?
After abdicating your responsibility to enforce immigration law, why did you sue Arizona for enforcing immigration law, leaving Arizonans open to attacks from smugglers and violent Mexican drug cartels?
Why do you block border patrol officers from doing their job? Why did you dis American voters by granting executive amnesty to five million illegals?
Why are you planning to give illegals Social Security numbers, opening the floodgates for them to claim any number of credits – rewarding them for entering our country illegally with checks written by American taxpayers?
You once admitted that an influx of illegal immigrants will harm “the wages of blue-collar Americans” and “put strains on an already overburdened safety net.” Why then would you implement an open-border policy guaranteed to attract the poor from around the world, encouraging them to break our immigration laws and receive taxpayer-funded handouts? Why did you order the Benghazi Annex security team to “stand down” rather than attempt to rescue our ambassador?
Why were military assets not deployed to defend our Benghazi consulate and save our ambassador?
Why did you send Susan Rice on five national TV shows to knowingly lie to the American people, telling them that the Benghazi attack was caused by an anti-Muslim YouTube video that was seen by hardly anyone? Why do you persist in claiming that the war on terror is over despite glaring worldwide evidence proving otherwise?
Why did you choose to pass on attending the historic Paris, France rally, in which 40 nations came together against Islamic extremism? Why do you refuse to admit that we are at war with radical Islam?

Why do you vow to veto the Keystone XL oil pipeline bill, which would further energy independence and create jobs for thousands of Americans?

The paper contends that we have already crossed four “planetary boundaries.” They are the extinction rate; deforestation; the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere; and the flow of nitrogen and phosphorous (used on land as fertilizer) into the ocean.
“What the science has shown is that human activities — economic growth, technology, consumption — are destabilizing the global environment,” said Will Steffen, who holds appointments at the Australian National University and the Stockholm Resilience Center and is the lead author of the paper.

And perhaps it is. Margaret Sanger, the founder of PP, shockingly said, "Colored people are like human weeds and are to be exterminated." She created the Negro Project to sterilize unwitting black women and others she considered undesirable. Her motto was grotesque as well as Hitler-esque: "More children from the fit, less from the unfit."
I well remember, back in 2008, when Lila Rose and LiveAction released recordings of a call an actor made to the Planned Parenthood offices in my hometown of Boise, Idaho. Here is an excerpt:
Idaho (Planned Parenthood) Representative: Autumn Kersey, Director of Development
Idaho Donor: The abortion – I can give money specifically for a black baby, that would be the purpose?
PP Rep: Absolutely. If
you wanted to designate that your gift be used to help an
African-American woman in need, then we would certainly make sure that
the gift was earmarked for that purpose.
Idaho Donor: Great,
because I really faced trouble with affirmative action, and I don't want
my kids to be disadvantaged against black kids. I just had a baby; I
want to put it in his name.
PP Rep: Yes, absolutely.
Idaho Donor: And we don't, you know we just think, the less black kids out there the better.
PP Rep: Understandable, understandable.
Idaho Donor: Right. I want to protect my son, so he can get into college.
PP Rep: Alright. Excuse
my hesitation, this is the first time I've had a donor call and make
this kind of request, so I'm excited, and want to make sure I don't
leave anything out.
According to Planned Parenthood's own numbers,
PP performed 327,653 abortions in 2013 (the last full year for which
numbers are available). They did much of this on your dime and mine,
taking in a staggering $540 million (almost $1.5 million a day) in
taxpayer funds to carry out its grisly mission. In other words, we are
paying them about $1,500 for every dead baby.According to the Centers for Disease Control, 36 percent of all abortions are done on black women. Doing some quick math (36% of 327,653) reveals that Planned Parenthood terminated the lives of 117,955 black babies that year.
Now the low-information media was aflame for a good part of 2014 with breathless and hyperbolic stories of young black men killed by white cops. The media did its best to create the impression that frenzied and racist cops were gunning down unarmed black men at an epidemic rate.
But the facts tell a different story. According to the CDC, cops killed 123 black men in 2012. And the vast majority of these involved the justifiable use of force.
When we juxtapose these numbers, a sobering picture emerges. Cops kill 123 black men in a year while Planned Parenthood performs 117,953 abortions on black women a year. Now 117,953 is nearly 1,000 times larger than 123 (958.98 to be precise).
Bottom line: Planned Parenthood kills 1,000 times as many blacks as cops do. If "black lives matter" – and I believe they do – maybe doing something about Planned Parenthood is the place to start.

- Why, in this atmosphere of Islamic terrorism, would President Obama actually increase the number of visas offered to Muslim countries? Visas that once offered are not tracked, allowing applicants to settle in our country undetected?
- Why are known members of terrorist organizations allowed to keep their United States passports?
- Why does President Obama continue to ignore the dangerous tactical and ideological convergence between the Islamic State terrorists and Boko Haram?
- Why has President Obama continued to support the false narrative that al Qaeda has been decimated while they have claimed responsibility for the recent massacre in France?
- Why would President Obama, a self-proclaimed Christian claim, in a perfect Arabic accent, that the “Islamic Call to prayer at sunset is one of the prettiest sounds on Earth?”
- Why would President Obama bow to King Abdullah, a Muslim, yet not to Queen Elizabeth, a Christian?
- Why does President Obama seem so intent on criticizing Netanyahu and Israel?
Let’s look at some facts regarding Barrack Obama’s past connections.
- Obama’s grandfather, Hussein Onyango Obama (1895-1979) was a Muslim.
- Obama’s father, Barack Obama Sr. identified himself as a Muslim, but spent much of his adult life as an atheist.
- Obama’s stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, from Indonesia, practiced a form of Islam.
- Obama worked on the Developing Communities Project which was an organization based on tradition of Marxist Saul Alinsky.
- Obama had a fundraiser hosted by Bill Ayers who was part of the “Weather Underground,” labeled a domestic terrorist group by the FBI.
- Obama’s role model, Frank Marshall Davis (1905-1987) was a communist.
- Obama attended the church of Jeremiah Wright for 20 years.
- Reverend Wright said, the U.S. could not accept a black man as president of “this racist United States of America,” “the United States of White America,” and “the U.S. of KKK-A.*
- Oprah Winfrey, who joined Wright’s church in the mid-‘80s, eventually left in the early ‘90s. An article entitled “Something Wasn’t Wright”in the May 12, 2008, issue ofNewsweekexplains that she knew Wright’s rants were too radical for her fans. Interestingly, though Oprah endorsed Obama and helped catapult his books to the top of the bestseller lists, she declined to endorse him for 2012.*
- Obama never explicitly rejected the black power, anti-capitalist core of Wright’s teachings. That includes beliefs like Wright’s credo that “White folks’ greed runs the world in need.” For all Obama’s talk, he can’t claim to never have heard Wright say it. Obama titled his second book,The Audacity of Hope, after the very sermon where that line appears.*
- Candidate Obama’s declared intention to “spread the wealth around” echoed what he had absorbed at those Trinity sermons. Now President Obama’s thinking clearly shows the same imprint, as when he preaches that “at a certain point you’ve made enough money.”*
- Hillary Clinton—not John McCain—used Wright as a campaign issue against Obama.*
- Obama’s second book,The Audacity of Hope: Thoughts of Reclaiming the American Dream’s title was derived from a sermon by Obama’s former pastor, Reverend Jeremiah Wright.*
- Obama often mentioned the black sociologist Chancellor Williams’s jeremiad,The Destruction of Black Civilization, which argues that African civilization was destroyed by the acquisitiveness—the capitalist nature—of white European civilization. *
- Obama and wife Michelle were married in a ceremony in 1992 presided over by Reverend Jeremiah Wright.*
- Obama’s daughters, Malia Ann and Natasha were baptized by Reverend Jeremiah Wright.*
- Obama had a close relationship with Columbia professor Rashid Khalidi, who previously worked for the PLO, classified as a terrorist group by the State Department.
- Another Obama mentor, Tony Rezko is now serving a 10-year federal prison sentence on convictions of fraud and bribery.
- Rezko and his Arab-American business associates donated hundreds of thousands of dollars too Obama’s campaign.
- Khalid al-Mansour, an activist and outspoken enemy of Israel, was the key backer for Obama and his acceptance into Harvard. At the time he recommended Obama to Harvard, al-Mansour was representing top members of the Saudi Royal family seeking to exert influence in the United States. He was also advising Prince Alwaleed, the nephew of King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia, who offered $10 million to rebuild Manhattan after 9/11. Mayor Giuliani refused the money because Alwaleed made public statements saying U.S. policies contributed to the 9/11 attack.
- Sen. John McCain publicly chastised The Los Angeles Times for not releasing a videotape the newspaper said it possessed of a 2003 dinner for Khalidi, where Obama reportedly accused Israel of carrying out a “genocide” against the Palestinians.
- Obama had close ties with Louis Farrakhan, top deputy of the Nation of Islam. In Farrakhan’s own words, he said of Obama,“we had an open line between us to discuss policy and strategy either directly or through intermediaries.”
- Farrakhan has called Jews “bloodsuckers,” “satanic”and accused them of running the slave trade. He has labeled gays as “degenerates.”In a 2006 speech, the ADL again condemned Farrakhan when he said:“These false Jews promote the filth of Hollywood that is seeding the American people and the people of the world and bringing you down in moral strength. ...It’s the wicked Jews the false Jews that are promoting lesbianism, homosexuality. It’s wicked Jews, false Jews that make it a crime for you to preach the word of God, then they call you homophobic!”
- Barrack and Michelle Obama attended several dinners of the AAAN (Arab American Action Network), whose Executive director was Hatem Abudayyeh. Hatem is on the White House logs attending policy briefings and his home was later raided by the FBI for ties to funding the Liberation of Palestine and other Middle Eastern terrorist groups.
- George Soros a Liberal Democratic billionaire donated over $1 million dollars to Obama’s campaign for President and it was recently discovered that he also gave over $33 million to fund the protestors and looters in Ferguson, MO.
If we were to apply Occam’s Razor theory to the questions asked and the connections Obama has in his life, the simplest answer would be that Barrack Obama is actually a Muslim and has no love for the United States and the free enterprise system or our Constitution.
The scariest fact here? All of these connections were well-known before 52% of Americans voted for Barack Obama!

Since its inception—Islam has been a system of violence and almost unspeakable acts committed against non-believers…or Muslims who don’t practice its ways as the Imams of an area believe they should. Remember that the only time Islam and its Muslim adherents are non-violent is when there aren’t enough of them in an area to overwhelm and overcome the indigenous populations. But, when their populations grows to a certain level, the true barbarism of these people begins to immediately rear its head.

How many times have we heard some politically correct (aka

GOVERNMENT GONE WILD

January 15, 2015 ~TPATH~ America’s Constitutional Republic was designed by men who understood that government’s proper role was to protect our God-given rights - not to solve our problems. Based on their belief that God is the author of our rights and that We the People grant rights to the government, they wrote these familiar words: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. - That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among them, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.
Based on the language above, our government has gone wild in many ways.
Below are just a few examples:
#1. The 216 Republicans that voted for John Boehner to once again be Speaker of the House seem to have forgotten that they are supposed to be representing their constituents. It has been reported that over 60% of registered Republicans called their representatives requesting that they do not vote for Boehner as Speaker. The 60% of the Republicans who called apparently labored under the misapprehension that the powers of the government still reside with the governed (them). They found out they were wrong.
#2. One of the most assailed rights of the American people is the Second Amendment, which succinctly states: "A well regulated Militia (sic), being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." (Emphasis added.) While some may argue about the meaning of a “Militia”, the language that is emphasized is unambiguous. It clearly states that government does not have the right to infringe upon the people’s rights to buy and carry firearms.
Again - this is a right protected in our Constitution. It is not a privilege. Although our Constitution clearly states that this cannot be infringed upon, many states have done exactly that. In light of many court decisions, including that of the nation’s most liberal 9th Circuit in Nordyke v. King, our right to bear arms has been re-affirmed over and over again, as well as court decisions stating that laws that violate constitutional rights are no laws at all.
By disarming us, state gun law regulations have inadvertently turned these states into the accomplices of those who wish to harm us. In essence, they are guilty of reckless endangerment, which by definition includes the creation of potential danger as well as realized danger. And to be clear, “reckless endangerment” is a prosecutable offense (see www.TPath.org and Second Amendment Preservation and Protection Act).
#3. Our right to life is also a good example of government gone wild. With all the incredible genius that went into the writing of the Constitution, one important failure of our Founders was the failure to recognize slaves as being 100% human. This value compromise was made to facilitate the ratification of the Constitution and it was downright wrong * (Please see Editor's note below) - just as wrong as the compromise government made to accommodate those with unwanted pregnancies. In these two instances, our founders and our courts have failed to uphold government’s most sacred responsibility: to protect life.
As heinous as our government’s failure to recognize that it governs at our consent and that it cannot infringe upon our basic God-given and constitutionally protected rights, our role in allowing government to go wild cannot be swept under the rug. In truth, a large portion of our population has preferred representatives who promise to give them something or to solve their problems. In the process voters have gotten neither. What they have gotten are representatives without values and without a moral compass that have imposed their insanity upon the rest of the nation. These men and women are expert at making what is wrong somehow seem right, all the while with two objectives: to protect their own careers and advance their own agendas.
These wolves in sheep’s’ clothing are a plight upon the American Dream but they are only symptoms of what is truly wrong with America. Sadly, sometimes all these wolves need to pull the wool over the eyes of the rest of us is an “R” after their name. John Adams once said: "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."
From the founding of America through a good part of its history, America’s Constitution served the country well. In the latter part of the 20th century that began to change. And not only did our government seem to be falling apart but our families were disintegrating and our cities were fast becoming areas of unrestrained violence. All of this can be traced back to the teachings of Evolution, which question the existence of God; the rebellion of the 60’s and the introduction of drugs into our culture; the women’s lib movement; the acceleration of the welfare state, the sexual revolution of the 1970s, and the absurd and unrealistic glorification of socialism.
If we are to regard the words of John Adams, much of our fall is the result of a changing culture where moral and religious people are regarded as ignorant hypocrites and enemies of the magnanimous state. The conditions mentioned above facilitate the acceleration and acceptance of this destructive point of view. This has resulted in a fulfillment of Adams prediction and has rendered our Constitution inadequate.
It has become inadequate because we have failed to prefer Christians for our representatives; men and women who may share differences of opinions on how they exercise their faith but never-the-less hold to the same moral values. It has become inadequate because not only have we failed to apply moral testing standards to our representatives but we have failed to elect men and women who are committed to preserving our Constitution and God-given rights.
Worse, we have chosen to elect and re-elect well-known, and in some instances convicted felons, to public office. If men and women in public office do not believe in God and prove it by the way they live, why do we continually expect them to regard our rights as God-given?
Yes, government has gone wild but so have many of us. We elect scoundrels to office and then we expect them to do what is right, honor their oath of office, and protect our rights above their own careers. When they don’t, we are surprised. If the insanity of the last few years has proven anything, it has proven that we need to re-assess many of our national decisions but that re-assessment must start with an honest look at our voting habits and how they are a reflection of America’s moral and religious foundations.
We may be disappointed in the direction America has taken in many instances but if we don’t start demanding more, we will just get more of the same. More of the same will lead to the death of liberty in exchange for comfort, and the death of the rights our Founders sacrificed blood and treasure to secure a misplaced belief in Utopia. In 2015 it is reasonable to say that government gone wild.
However, government gone wild is only a reflection of an electorate that has gone wild. Cast stones if you must, but don’t forget that you just may be living in a glass house.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
