That newspaper had many other documents of Obama including his legitimate birth certificate which we found. Shortly after we did find it, they scrubbed it from the newspaper website. Too late. We saw it. 

From a young age he was GROOMED to be a major player in the Islamic world plus he had been groomed also to be a communist and when this campaign for him to be "president" of the U.S.A. began, he was sponsored by the Communist Party USA (CPUSA) who would use him to be the final spike in the coffin of America. If you have that potential in your city the protest should be held in a place where it is convenient for a large crowd to assemble in a friendly, receptive area. If you live in a small town, having small protests in many such towns is also helpful to the cause. An overpass protest may not draw a large crowd, but may be a good option, if you are not expecting a large crowd to turn out.

This idea was proposed by the admin of the “Give Us Liberty” blog and accepted by an informal group of organizers, bloggers and activists. Anyone can participate in it. No one group owns the idea. It is meant to be a generic, organization-neutral event that everyone can join in and support. Make it your own event, but everyone is encouraged to do it on the same day. Please make photos and video for posting together on webpages afterwards in order to generate more publicity for the events.

Over Article II Natural Born Citizen Requirement

This is getting beyond absurd. Another conservative publication cites the Nationality Act as proof that foreign born persons are eligible to be president under Article II Section I Clause 5. Never mind the fact that there's been numerous attempts to amend Article II in order to allow such persons to be eligible for the presidency.

Attorney Mario Apuzzo commented:

Your and Mr. Conterio’s reliance on a naturalization Act of Congress to prove that Ted Cruz is a natural born citizen is misplaced. At best, you have established that Ted Cruz is a “citizen” of the United States “at birth” under a naturalization Act of Congress. But under Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, being a “Citizen of the United States,” for any person born after the adoption of the Constitution, is not sufficient to be eligible to be President. Rather, such a person, which includes Ted Cruz, must prove that he is a “natural born Citizen.” A naturalization Act of Congress does not establish who is a natural born citizen.  There were no Act of Congress in place when the Framers drafted and adopted the Constitution and so they surely could not have relied upon any such act to define a natural born citizen.  But even if any such Act was in place which clearly none were, the Framers did not rely on any such act for their definition of a natural born citizen.   Rather, as both Minor v. Happersett (1875) and U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark (1898) confirmed, the Framers relied upon the common law to define a natural born citizen when they drafted and adopted the Constitution.  They also informed that that common law defined a natural born citizen as a child born in a country to parents who were its citizens.  You have not presented any evidence that Cruz satisfies this common law definition which Minor and Wong Kim Ark confirmed was adopted by the Framers. 

Additionally, the U.S. Supreme Court in Wong Kim Ark and Rogers v. Bellei (1971) explained that any person who is born out of the United States to U.S. citizen parents does not automatically become a citizen of the United States by descent from the parents.  Rather, the Court explained that it is only through the grace of a naturalization Act of Congress that such a person is accepted as a “citizen” of the United States and that Congress has the power to impose conditions for the acquisition and retention of that citizenship, and even the power to deny such citizenship all together.  A person subject to Congress’s power to grant or withhold citizenship is not a natural born citizen under the Constitution which denies Congress such power and gives it only the power to naturalize. 

Senator Ted Cruz is a naturalized "citizen" of the United States "at birth" by virtue of a naturalization Act of Congress. See Wong Kim Ark; Bellei (both explain that a person born out of the United States to U.S. citizen parents can become a U.S. citizen only through a naturalization Act of Congress).  He is not a natural born citizen by virtue of the common law upon which the Framers relied to define a natural born citizen.  Under that common law, a natural born citizen was a child born in a country to parents who were its citizens at the time of the child's birth. Being born in Canada to a U.S. citizen mother and a non-U.S. citizen father, Cruz cannot satisfy that presidential eligibility definition which still existing under the Constitution today.  He is therefore not a natural born citizen and not eligible to be President. 

You and Ted Cruz have failed to carry your burden of proof to demonstrate that Cruz is a natural born citizen.  Hence, Cruz is not a natural born citizen and not eligible to be President. 

Now let us move onto Mr. Obama, who is the reason you and other Obots commenting have emerged from your den to come here and comment favorably for Senator Cruz.  Concerning Wong Kim Ark, the case did not define a natural born citizen any differently than Minor did.  Minor said that under the common law with which the Framers were familiar when they drafted the Constitution a natural born citizen was a child born in a country to parents who were its citizens at the time of the child's birth.  Wong Kim Ark cited and quoted Minor approvingly on citizenship.  What Wong Kim Ark did do is answer the Fourteenth Amendment question left open by Minor.  Virginia Minor was a natural born citizen and so Minor did not have to address the Fourteenth Amendment.  Wong Kim Ark interpreted the Fourteenth Amendment which both Minor and Wong Kim Ark said did not define a natural born citizen.  Since Wong was not born in the United States to U.S. citizen parents like Virginia Minor was, Wong Kim Ark had to determine if he was a “citizen” of the United States under the Fourteenth Amendment.  There was no dispute that Wong was born in the United States.  The problem was deciding whether he was born "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States. The Court relied upon the colonial English common law to determine that since he was not born in the country to a foreign diplomat or a member of an invading army (the only exceptions under the English common law to the jus soli rule that any child born in the King's dominion was a natural-born subject), he was born subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and therefore a citizen of the United States from the moment of birth by virtue of the Fourteenth Amendment.  Wong Kim Ark never held that Wong was a natural born citizen and it did not need to.  Furthermore, I can see that you do not know that the holding of a case is found neither in the dissenting opinion of the decision nor in the argument of counsel. 

Hence, de facto President Barack Obama, who was presumably born in the United States to a U.S. citizen mother, but to a non-U.S. citizen father, is also not a natural born citizen.  He may be under Wong Kim Ark a "citizen" of the United States "at birth" by virtue of the Fourteenth Amendment, which does not define a natural born citizen.  But he is not a natural born citizen by virtue of the common law that does define a natural born citizen. 

Having had your arse handed to you, now you can go back to the Fogbrain whence you came.

The above are just three of dozens headlines of recent vintage describing acts of savagery committed by Islamist terrorists against Christians.

If you type thereligionofpeace.com/Pages/ChristianAttacks.htm into your web browser, you will find a list of 1233 separate attacks by Islamists on Christians between September 11, 2001 and February 14, 2015, not one of which had anything to do with war, combat or insurgency. The victims in each one of these incidents were innocent Christians who were specifically targeted and abused by Islamists solely because they were Christians.

During the Holocaust, the world stood by and did nothing while the Nazis murdered six million Jews. The claim has repeatedly been made that most people didn't know what was going on. However, this has been effectively disproved by news stories from early in the war. For example, on June 12, 1942, the London Daily Telegraph featured this headline: “Germans murder 700,000 Jews in Poland” (see theguardian.com/media/greenslade/2015/jan/27/daily-telegraphs-holocaust-article-in-1942-that-went-unheralded). That story pulled no punches; it talked about “traveling gas chambers” and mass murders. Of course, it was unusual that the story was published at all. As evidence of the place it occupied in the priorities of the day, the story appeared on page five of a six-page issue. There are no excuses that will suffice for the indifference of the civilized world to what the story referred to as “the greatest massacre in the world’s history.”

Will Obama leave office in 2017?

Question: Why are Americans so certain there will be a presidential election in 2016 and that Barack Obama will leave office in January 2017?
Answer: Because it’s the law and because it’s American tradition.
However, we currently have a man in the White House who respects neither the law nor the American tradition of peaceful changes of power.

With regard to his contempt of the law, here are just a few examples:

• He abused his executive authority for the purpose of effectively changing immigration law, even after admitting repeatedly that he had no constitutional authority to do so. He even broke administrative law in the process, according to a federal judge who reviewed the action and ruled it was illegal. Obama’s response? He dug in his heels and doubled down in his determination to carry out his illegal plan, threatening any government employees who refused to execute his order with retribution.
• He conducted military intervention in Libya without congressional approval.
• In Operation Fast and Furious, the Obama administration ordered gun store owners to illegally sell thousands of firearms to Mexican drug dealers, resulting in the deaths of many including Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.
• He gave $535 million in taxpayer dollars to campaign contributors and lobbyists, claiming it was for a revolutionary “green energy” startup called Solyndra that would create 4,000 new jobs. The company quickly went bankrupt, after selling its product for less than the cost of production. By publicly overstating the company’s financial condition, Obama broke the same law that resulted in Martha Stewart, a private citizen, going to prison.
• By appointing dozens of “czars” without seeking Senate confirmation, Obama violated the Constitution according to Democrats Sen. Robert Byrd, D-W.V., and Sen. Russ Feingold, D-Wis.
• He signed Obamacare into law despite the fact that it was a revenue bill and did not initiate in the House of Representatives as per the Constitution.

As for his disrespect for American tradition, recall that as a candidate for the presidency he called for “the fundamental transformation of America.”

While downplaying and ignoring foreign threats to national security, Obama and his administration have both hyped the domestic threat of “right-wing extremists,” even participating in a raid of a lawful Texas political meeting in which all parties were detained and fingerprinted.
And then, of course, there’s the ever-present reality that Obama himself may not even be constitutionally eligible for office. In fact, if he’s telling the truth about his parentage and the “birth certificate” he produced after years of demands from the public is real, he could not possibly be a “natural born citizen” as required by the Constitution.
So with all of this history – and much more, in fact – why do we assume Obama will step aside willingly from the presidency following an election in 2016?

I’m not saying he won’t. I’m just asking why. And judging from the number of questions I’m getting along these lines from the public, I’d say there’s great concern out there across the fruited plain.
Maybe we assume he will respectfully leave office after two terms because he has publicly said he would. In 2013, Obama said he and his family might remain in Washington after leaving office.
But that begs the question of whether Obama is truthful.

Remember what he said about his immigration order before issuing it: “This is something I’ve struggled with throughout my presidency. The problem is that I’m the president of the United States; I’m not the emperor of the United States. My job is to execute laws that are passed. And Congress right now has not changed what I consider to be a broken immigration system. And what that means is that we have certain obligations to enforce the laws that are in place even if we think that in many cases the results may be tragic. … [W]e’ve kind of stretched our administrative flexibility as much as we can.”

Remember what he said about Obamacare before it was implemented: “No matter how we reform health care, we will keep this promise to the American people. If you like your doctor, you will be able to keep your doctor, period. If you like your health-care plan, you’ll be able to keep your health-care plan, period. No one will take it away, no matter what.”

Remember what he said about ISIS? Now what does he say? “I didn’t call the Islamic State a ‘JV’ team.”
Again, do I think Obama will leave office in January 2017? Yes I do.
But, with a track record like this – and, actually much worse – should we simply take it for granted?

The “brutal” winter is on the attack again, bringing sleet and heavy snow to the mid-Atlantic region. Previous storms targeted the deep south including Dallas, Texas, and several hammered New England. By March 4, Boston was just 2 inches away from hitting an all-time record for snow, Boston.com reported.

It’s a reality more in keeping with media warnings from the 1970s than today’s arguments about global warming.

NBC Nightly News reported Feb. 23, that Dallas was paralyzed “after an entire season’s worth of sleet and freezing rain, up to two inches, fell in a single day” causing massive traffic problems. Similar scenes happened in other southern states as the cold swept across the U.S. Single digit temperatures hit New York City and Newark N.J. saw temperatures as low as 8 degrees on Feb. 23, NOAA said.

Massive pileups mangled cars, Louisianans built snowmen and thousands flocked to Letchworth State Park, near Rochester, N.Y. to see a 53-foot tall ice fountain that keeps growing as record lows abound in the Northeast, CBS reported on Feb. 25. CBS also noted Rochester experienced its coldest month since 1871.

Some winters are “bone-chilling,” like this one has been, others are mild, and some like the 1972-1973 winter started early and harsh, but grew surprising mild. That was the same year Walter Cronkite was “the most trusted man in America” in 1972, according to polls. A 2009 CBS obituary for the journalist said, “Cronkite was the biggest name in television news, the king of the anchormen; in fact, he was the reporter for whom the term ‘anchorman’ was coined.

On Sept. 11, 1972, Cronkite cited scientists’ predictions that there was a “new ice age” coming. He called that prediction from British scientist Hubert Lamb “a bit of bad news.”

This new multi-million dollar ruse to see the world is so far-fetched I had to do a double-take. The First Couple launched “Let Girls Learn” on March 3 in hopes of helping tens of millions of young women go to school. Michelle stated, “I see myself in these girls. I see our daughters in these girls” of  Albania, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Georgia, Ghana, Moldova, Mongolia, Mozambique, Togo and Uganda.
Whenever the President’s wife sees herself in others, taxpayers get stiffed.

Andrew Napolitano: Obama shouldn't get away with exercising 'authoritarian impulses'

Can the president rewrite federal laws? Can he alter their meaning? Can he change their effect? These are legitimate questions in an era in which we have an unpopular progressive Democratic president who has boasted that he can govern without Congress by using his phone and his pen, and a mostly newly elected largely conservative Republican Congress with its own ideas about big government.
These are not hypothetical questions. In 2012, President Obama signed executive orders that essentially said to about 1.7 million unlawfully present immigrants who arrived in the U.S. before their 16th birthdays and who are not yet 31 years of age that if they complied with certain conditions that he made up out of thin air they will not be deported.

In 2014, the president took additional action that essentially made the same offer to about 4.7 million unlawfully present immigrants, without the age limits that he had made up out of thin air. A federal court enjoined enforcement of the 2014 orders last month.

Mark Levin: The Great One? pb

OR “THE GREAT ENABLER?”

(Mar. 4, 2015) — Several years ago Mark Levin, tagged by Hannity as The Great One, was offered and then accepted a full-time gig doing a “conservative” talk show on the ABC radio network and affiliates.  He began that job not as the Great One, but as the Great Enabler.  He may have been told that it was not in his best interest nor in the best interest of the network to discuss the eligibility of Barack Islam Obama relating to Article II or any aspect of his credentials which might actually prevent an illegal presidency.

Can we prove that he was given this conditional requirement?   No, but there are numerous instances from many ex-employees of the national radio and TV networks who have denied that order was ever given to them, until, that is, they no longer worked for them.  These personalities fervently  refused to admit this ever happens.  One quite famous individual who also denied this fact while working for FOX has now admitted that he was prevented from speaking of several issues.

Even though this gentleman has not admitted that the “off-limit subject” related to Obama, coincidentally enough, this guy finds himself in the same sinking ship of fools as the Great Enabler. Both are now struggling to keep their integrity afloat, frantically bailing the birther issue and the messengers of it overboard.

As the evidence against Obama becomes more pronounced, so too does the boiling anger of the Great Enabler which he directs at those who have been warning this country about Obama from the very beginning.  Those who have refused to be cowed, refused to forsake the Constitution and the rule of law have now become a bigger enemy to Mark Levin than the illegal usurper.

We can be fair and suppose that when Levin agreed to ignore these issues, if he indeed did agree, that early on he was too busy impressing Hannity with his greatness to have had the time to look into the reality of the Obama saga.  Then, after having adopted and implemented such a nasty stance, it would have taken a true Great One to admit he was wrong.  But alas, the Great Enabler prevailed.

He understands now that his early acquiescence and his subsequent denial and cover-up will implicate him, the self-proclaimed constitutional scholar, as one of many selfish actors who have aided and abetted the destruction of our country.  He smothers his personal guilt under the cover of belittlement of those who know he has failed us.

Once again this past week, after exiling a patriot form the call-in phone line, the Great Enabler said this:

“You have to call this show about the birth certificate? Oh, that’s been really effective. It has failed in every court. The birth certificate…with all the problems we have with this President, that’s all you have? “

That statement is, of course, as ignorant and deceptive as any Obama could have uttered.  Actually, however, it was not a statement, but a series of questions.  He offered them rhetorically and with his typical sarcasm.  They must have been rhetorical because he hung up on the patriot before he could answer.

So, Mr. Levin, we would like to take a minute and answer them and as with many questions like that, yours have elicited several questions of their own.  No one will hang up on you before you can answer them.  It will take courage to honestly answer, so we hope you don’t mind if we don’t hold our breath while waiting.

First we answer your questions:
Q – “You have to call this show about the birth certificate?
A – Are you not the supposed Constitutional expert?  Who should I have called, Eric Holder?

Q – “That’s really been effective?”
A –  No, it has not been effective because everyone in this country who could have made a difference and made it effective, put their careers ahead of the future of America.

Q- “With all the problems we have with this (President/Usurper), that’s all you have?
A – Real world to the Great Enabler,  if you and your ilk had done your job, worked with the Birther Patriots, all of the problems this country has now would never have been.  Barack Islam Obama would be back with his communist gangster comrades in Chicago and not in Washington, DC endangering the entire world.

Now a few questions of our own:
1.  Are you not aware that the Founding Fathers, after much discussion and communication between George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and John Jay, amended Article II to include the  “Natural Born Citizen” requirement?

2.  Have you not read any of the Federalist Papers and other writings where they stated many times that legal terms they use were based upon  Vattel’s work, The Law of Nations?

3.  Did you never take the time to find out that, according to the Founders, Obama would not qualify as a Natural Born Citizen, regardless of where you “think” he was born?

4.  Did you ever consider looking at all those court cases you claim have been adjudicated in favor of Obama?  Did you not see that none of them ruled or affirmed Obama’s eligibility on fact, but supposition by the judges?

5.  Did you notice that all the cases otherwise ruled that those bringing the case had no standing?  “No standing” is the answer all progressive judges use when they can’t produce evidence to support a decision they have been ordered to make.  No standing now describes your standing with real constitutional conservatives.

6.  Did you happen to notice that there are errors on Obama’s birth certificate which can only be explained by its being a forgery?  The  youngsters who dominate the “basement underwear brigade,”* those who did the forging, made errors in terms and words which are common today, but never used back in 1961.

7. Did you happen to note when you reviewed Obama’s Birth Certificate that it states the name of the hospital as it is called today, even though it went by another name in 1961?

8. If you were running for President and needed to show a birth certificate, would you have one forged, which could possibly send you and the forgers to prison, if you had a real one?

There are, Mr. Levin, many, many more questions we could ask you.  As with these, the answers will not sit well with the image of The Great One.

Finally, if you are a constitutional scholar, then you are also a coward.  It’s impossible, with your record, to be one and not the other.
