The stupid factor is coming out. An AOL News contributor is running a story, slamming Trump's NBC status because his mother was born in Scotland in 1912.

Desperate to draw similarities in Obama and Trump's nativity story, the reporter "forgot" to mention Trump's mother obtained US citizenship prior to his birth. Two US citizen parents at the time of the child's birth, born on US soil, equals a Natural Born Citizen, one of the constitutional requirements.

This reporter is in fact doing us a service. Isn't that often times how good triumphs over evil? What seems a bad turn, provides the means to destroy itself.

Trump on the surface doesn't seem to be fully up to speed on Article II. This may be an act to draw in Obama so he can blow him out of the water at the politically opportune time. Trump could be spoon feeding the uninformed, and believe me there are the walking zombies out there, but then again Trump may only be superficially informed on Article II.

The reporter by questioning Trump's status is providing an opening you could drive a truck through. If Trump isn't fully up on this Trump's advisers are, you can bet your life on it. These guys get paid bigtime to keep Trump from running off the rails and looking bad. They will brief Trump with the finest constitutional lawyer in NYC. In less than 5 minutes Trump will have it cold, and know what to do with it.

The next round of Trump interviews talking about Obama's lack of NBC status, the screws will be tightened even more. Bank on it. Here's a happy thought- Is Trump waterboarding Obama on TV, without actually strapping Barry to the waterboard? It must be torture for the mini messiah, hanging on Trump's every interview word, knowing The Donald is coming for him.

The AOL news reporter and the Mina birds that will parrot her report are stepping on a yard rake, their toothie grins are about to suffer a tragedy when they meet Mr. Rake Handle.

I watched Trump on O'Reilly tonight, as I'm sure many of you did as well. Trump stroked O'Reilly when the b/c topic came up. " These people, the birthers, are afraid of you Bill, but they are really good people". Plzzz. When Rev. Manning and Orly Taitz stood on the sidewalk outside Fox Studios on the Avenue of The Americas, demanding equal time from O'Reilly, Billy was a no show. Bill cowed in his office afraid to face the truth. Trump can say it that way, I understand the schmoozing he is doing for the egomaniacal O'Reilly. I'd rather he let the chips fall where they may. Diplomacey is not my strong suite. Trump's trying to not make enemies with someone he may need later (cough, cough)in the future for campaign purposes.

Suffice for now, Trump IS mentioning the eligibility issue at every opportunity.

Monkey see, Monkey do. Bachmann or Huckster or a few of the others WILL see the traction this issue is getting with the voters, and they too will want a piece of this action. Pawlenty has shown himself to be a GOP old guard sellout, the constitution be damned. Scratch one off the list. Glad he saved us some effort early on. Pawlenty will be an early drop out anyway, if he so desperate for GOP attention, he has to make such a high risk move this early.

Obama is going to be confronted in the not too distant future though, whether it's over being excluded from a state ballot because of his non NBC status, or during a nationally televised debate, Obama will have a very uncomfortable spotlight turned his way.

Obama is going to be challenged by Trump for sure, one way or another. Trump has already said he would run as an independent if he failed to win the republican primary.

The question comes in the wake of high-profile statements by the billionaire developer and Palm Beach resident who has suggested Barack Obama's presidency could be "illegal" if he does not release his long-form, hospital-specified birth certificate to prove he's constitutionally qualified to occupy the White House.

"To be honest with you, I want him to have a birth certificate,"Trump said on Fox News, "because [otherwise] that would mean that his presidency was, I guess you'd have to say, illegal. You have to be born in the United States."

Trump this week released two copies of his original birth certificates, one from the Jamaica Hospital in Queens, N.Y., and the other long-form, official government document from the New York Department of Health, confirming Trump's birthplace at Jamaica Hospital on June 14, 1946.

But some have still wondered if Trump can be considered a "natural born citizen" as the Constitution requires since his mother, Mary Anne MacLeod Trump, was born in Stornoway, Scotland, thus giving her British citizenship at her birth in 1912. Donald's father, real-estate mogul Frederick Christ Trump, was an American by birth in New York City in 1905.

AOL News contributor Mara Gaysuggested one of the reasons whyDonald Trumpmay be pushing the eligibility issue is because "he's trying to deflect attention from his own shady, Scottish origins."

ColumnistBen Smith at Politico jokingly wrote, "Trump's mother, it should be noted, was born in Scotland, which is not part of the United States. His plane is registered in the Bahamas, also a foreign country. This fact pattern – along with the wave of new questions surrounding what he claims is a birth certificate – raises serious doubts about his eligibility to serve as president of the United States."

While the Constitution itself does not provide a definition of natural-born citizen, those challenging President Obama have asserted that it requires not only a birth having taken place on U.S. soil, but also thatbothparents of the child have to be U.S. citizens at the time of the child's birth. Only Obama's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, was a U.S. citizen when Obama was born, while his father, Barack Hussein Obama Sr., was a British subject, having been born in Kenya.

Now theBirthers.orgwebsite, which has been among those questioning Obama's eligibility, reports that Trump's mother did indeed become a U.S. citizen before the birth of Donald. It displays a small image of a signed naturalization receipt for Mrs. Trump on March 10, 1942, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, four years before Donald was born.

WND found a larger image of the document in the National Archives, showing details for Mary Anne Trump, including her home address of 175 24 Devonshire Rd. in Jamaica, N.Y. and her age of 29 at the time of the record.

"Donald Trumpis a natural born American citizen, above the age of 35 and a resident of the United States of America longer than 14 years," declares Birthers.org. "He has provided sufficient documentation attesting to his place of birth, and upon research of his parents it is determined that they were both American citizens at the time of his birth. ... There is no doubt that at his birth his natural allegiance for the United States of America was and still is unalienable. ... Congratulations Donald, you are the first prospective presidential candidate to qualify as a natural born citizen."

The founder of Birthers.org, Teo Bear, told WND, "I am 99.999 percent certainDonald Trumpmeets the definition of a natural-born citizen as our founding fathers understood it to mean. Once Donald authorizes the release of his mother's naturalization, I will move to 100 percent."

He said the confusion for this issue rests with a weak education system in America.

"We have as a nation become dumbed down in understanding our heritage. We look for the simplest answers, so 'natural born' became 'born on the soil,'" Bear said.

"As it stands now, according to Obama's supporters, if [al-Qaida mastermind Osama] bin Laden were captured and one of his many wives came to America for his trial while carrying his child, and if that child were born in the United States, that child would be eligible to be president in their view. That, my friend, is the result of an education system that promotes politically correct thinking in place of critical thinking."

Mary Anne Trump, a philanthropist who supported various charities near her home in New York, died in August 2000 at age 88. Fred Trump passed away in June 1999.

Donald Trump's lawyer Michael Cohen is defending is his client's natural-born citizenship, telling Britain'sDaily Mail: "I don't think anyone's going to question whetherDonald Trumpis or was not born in New York."

Cohen pointed out there are hospitals named after Trump's family in New York, but the only ones named after  Obama are in Africa.

Radio host Rush Limbaugh called that comment "priceless" today, adding, "I don't know that his brother's hut has a name."

When asked by a caller if Trump or Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., had a better shot at the presidency at this point, Limbaugh said it was "too soon to say," but then added, "You'd have to say Trump just on name recognition alone. At this stage, you'd have to say that. Far more people, many more people know who Trump is than Michele Bachmann."

Limbaugh also played a parody song to the tune of Bruce Springsteen's hit "Born in the USA," performed by Obama soundalike Paul Shanklin.

The opening lyrics state:

A video parody was also posted today on YouTube,featuringafictional edition of Trump's TV program "The Apprentice"with anepisodetitled "Eligibility Edition" with WND senior staff writer Jerome Corsi included:

Karl Rove, the former adviser to President George W. Bush, told Bill O'Reilly of Fox News tonight that he thought Trump'spromotionof the eligibility issue could hurt the entrepreneur.

"This is a mistake. It will marginalize him," Rove said. He claimed the right-wing base of the party is "not in love with the issue," and added "Barack Obama wants Republicans to fall into this trap."

Meanwhile, potential Republican presidential candidate, former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty is blasting Trump's call to see Obama's birth certificate, claiming it has already been made public, at least according to some news agencies.

"The news reports from CNN and others have said they've seen the birth certificate," Pawlenty told Sean Hannity of the Fox News Channel last night.

"Never trust CNN," Hannity interjected.

Pawlenty continued, "I watched it myself. CNN reported they saw the birth certificate. So, you got to either believe that they didn't [see it] and they're lying, or there's something else going on."

For its part, CNN is continuing to report false information on its website about the controversy.

Thisparagraphposted on its site yesterday by CNN producer Alexander Mooneyhas numerous errors: "It should be noted that CNN and other news organizations have thoroughly debunked the rumors about the president's birthplace. Hawaii has released a copy of the president's birth certificate – officially called a 'certificate of live birth' – and the hospital where he was born took out ads in two Hawaiian newspapers in 1961 announcing the birth."

The first error is that rumors about the president's actual birthplace have not been debunked. The precise birthplace, including the city and hospital of birth for Obama, is still a matter of conjecture because no long-form, hospital-specified birth certificate has ever been produced officially documenting them, and no hospital has ever gone on the record to confirm Obama was born at its facility.

Secondly,the state of Hawaii has never verified any of the president's purported birth-certificate images that have been displayed online. Former Press Secretary Robert Gibbs claimed he personally put an image of the short-form certification of live birth on the Internet, not the long-form certificate of live birth, but the state of Hawaii has refused to confirm its authenticity as well as one examined by Factcheck.org.

This short-form "certification of live birth" released by the Obama campaign in 2008 does not have the name of the hospital or an attending physician, which would be included on a long-form "certificate of live birth," which has never been produced by Obama.

CNN also mistakenly claims "the hospital where he was born took out ads in two Hawaiian newspapers in 1961 announcing the birth."

Once again, the hospital of Obama's birth remains unconfirmed, and asWND has reported, it was not the hospitals that took out newspaper ads about births, but rather the Hawaii Department of Health that provided information to newspapers based on certifications of live birth, meaning someone reported the birth of a child. Such certifications could be issued for children not even born in Hawaii.

Additionally, Obama's parents did not even live at the address published in the Hawaiian newspapers. His grandparents actually lived there.

How Hawaiian papers published announcements

WND discovered the following inprevious discussions with the two Honolulu newspapers:

• Neither newspaper had an editor to vet birth announcements;
  
• Neither newspaper independently checked the truthfulness or accuracy ofbirth announcementinformation derived from Hawaii Department of Health vitalstatisticsrecords;
  
• Both newspapers merely published birth announcements, as received, from information published in Hawaii's Department of Health vital statistics announcements.
  
• Hawaiian hospitals did not report to newspapers any birth information;
  
• Hawaiian certifications of live birth do not typically list the hospital of birth or attending physician;
  
• Errors and misstatements in birth announcements published in the two Hawaiian newspapers have been documented, stemming from incorrect information recorded by the Hawaiian Department of Health.

Trump injected new life into the debate over Obama's eligibility last week during an appearance on ABC's "The View,"demanding to see Obama's long-form birth certificate.

"I want him to show his birth certificate! There's something on that birth certificate that he doesn't like," Trump said.

"The other thing. If you go back to my first grade, my kindergarten, people remember me. Nobody from those early years remembers him. If you're going to be the president of the United States, it says very profoundly that you have to be born in this country."

Trump noted his skepticism of evidence proffered thus far about Obama's life history, stating, "I grew up in New York. Wall Street was a big part. I have seen fraud and I have seen scandal and I have seen a lot of things that people don't see. I've seen people take a $100 bill and make it a $1,000,000 bill. The point is, I can't rely on some newspaper [birth announcement] that they showed [to prove the president's eligibility]. I want him to show his birth certificate!"

The Founders and Framers understood that under natural law and the law of nations, as explained by Emer de Vattel in his, The Law of Nations, Or, Principles of the Law of Nature (London 1797) (1st ed. Neuchatel 1758), a nation’s most fundamental duty is self-preservation. They therefore included the "natural born Citizen" clause in the Constitution so that each and every citizen would be protected by having someone assume and exercise the great and singular civil and military powers of the President and Commander in Chief with only their and the nation's values and safety at heart. To accomplish that end, the Founders and Framers required that anyone born after the adoption of the Constitution be born in the United States to U.S. citizen parents.

We have seen with the many Obama eligibility law suits filed in our federal courts, citizens have attempted to protect themselves by enforcing the “natural born Citizen” clause. One of these law suits is Kerchner v. Obama, 612 F.3d 204, 2010 U.S. App. LEXIS 13608 , cert. denied, 131 S.Ct. 663 (2010). In these legal actions, the federal courts have simply denied anyone the right to enforce the “natural born Citizen” clause and to challenge Obama’s eligibility because as they have said, no one had standing to bring any such lawsuits. Generally, one has standing to bring a legal action if one can show that one has suffered an injury in fact caused by the defendant’s conduct and for which the court can give one a remedy.

Several of our states are now working on drafting and passing presidential vetting and eligibility election statutes. As one example, Arizona H.B. 2177 and S.B. 1157 both have standing clauses. These clauses state: "A member of the House of Representatives, a member of the Senate or any other citizen of this state has standing to initiate an action to enforce this section."

As we can see, unlike our judicial branch of government, Arizona legislators have rightfully recognized the right of a citizen to protect his or her life, liberty, safety, security, tranquility, and property from a potentially illegal President sitting in the Office of President and Commander in Chief from which he or she would wield enormous power over that individual which would cause that person an injury in fact on a daily basis.

If one of these state laws passes, such a citizen would have standing to file a legal action in which he or she would be able to enforce the "natural born Citizen" clause by enforcing the state eligibility statute.

As I have already stated in my article entitled, “The States Have a Right and Duty to Assure Their Citizens That a Presidential Candidate Is an Article II ‘Natural Born Citizen,’” the states have every right and duty to pass presidential vetting and eligibility legislation. To give these laws any teeth and to avoid any possible political games by any Secretary of State, it is critical that such legislation include a standing clause. Without Congress, the courts, the political parties, and the media willing to enforce the “natural born Citizen” clause, how else are responsible Americans to make sure that their President is eligible for that office? Let us all give our states the support they need to enact such necessary and proper legislation.

The president accepted a transparency award in a closed, undisclosed meeting. Close

President Obama finally and quietly accepted his “transparency” award from the open government community this week — in a closed, undisclosed meeting at the White House on Monday.

The secret presentation happened almost two weeks after the White House inexplicably postponed the ceremony, which was expected to be open to the press pool.

This time, Obama met quietly in the Oval Office with Gary Bass of OMB Watch, Tom Blanton of the National Security Archive, Danielle Brian of the Project on Government Oversight, Lucy Dalglish of the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, and Patrice McDermott of OpenTheGovernment.org, without disclosing the meeting on his public schedule or letting photographers or print reporters into the room.

“Our understanding going into the meeting was that it would have a pool photographer and a print reporter, and it turned out to be a private meeting,” Bass told POLITICO. “He was so on point, so on target in the conversation with us, it is baffling why he would not want that message to be more broadly heard by reporters and the public interest community and the public generally.”

Just hours before the White House put off the original event, White House press secretary Jay Carney was defiant in his defense of Obama’s transparency record against criticism that it might have been premature.

“This president has demonstrated a commitment to transparency and openness that is greater than any administration has shown in the past, and he’s been committed to that since he ran for President and he’s taken a significant number of measures to demonstrate that,” Carney said in a testy exchange with Fox News reporter Wendell Goler on March 16.

The transparency advocates who presented the award to Obama say that the recognition is important, because despite the work left to be done, Obama has done a lot to change the government’s posture toward openness issues.

But others believed the positive reinforcement was more than a little unnecessary.

“I don’t feel moved today to say ‘thank you, Mr. President,’” said Steve Aftergood, the director of the Project on Government Secrecy at the Federation of American Scientists. But he said he understands the award to be “aspirational,” in recognition of Obama’s potential to do more on the transparency front.

“And in that sense, one could say it resembles the award at the Nobel Peace Prize,” Aftergood said. “It’s not because Obama brought peace to anyone but because people hoped he would be a force for good in the world, and maybe that’s the way to understand this award.”

Springs man's claim to have Obama records starts buzz

A Colorado Springs “birther,” retired Air Force Col. Gregory Hollister, has Internet blogs abuzz with what may be an illegal foray into an online Social Security data base and how he obtained a copy of President Barack Obama’s draft registration from 1980.

“Col. Greg Hollister, USAF (Ret.) contacted the Selective Service, falsely impersonated President Obama, improperly registered his own address as President Obama’s address, and by this false impersonation and identity theft he managed to obtain a duplicate registration acknowledgement card with President Obama’s Selective Service information on it,” a blogger posted on gratewire.com last week. “This may violate several federal criminal statutes, and apparently caused the federal record of President Obama’s address with the Selective Service to be altered to show that he lives in Colorado Springs, CO.”
Hollister said Tuesday a private investigator, Susan Daniels of Ohio, gave him what is purported to be the president’s Social Security number. He then accessed the Social Security Number Verification Service to find out to whom it was issued and to access Selective Service documents.
The site allows registered users to verify names and Social Security numbers for employment purposes and warns that using it under false pretenses is a violation of federal law.

“According to the Social Security Administration, that number was never issued,” said Hollister, who challenged whether the president is an American citizen in a lawsuit the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear Jan. 18 without requiring a response from the White House.

However, that’s the Social Security number that appears on the Selective Service documents Hollister obtained.

Hollister and others in the birther movement claim Obama was born in either Kenya or Indonesia and that his birth certificate showing he was born in Honolulu in 1961 is a forgery.

Being born outside the U.S. makes him ineligible to be president, they claim, because the Constitution requires the president to be a natural born citizen. [Excuse me??????...WTF is this guy talking about? Talk about confusing two separate issues!]

Hollister said the Social Security number on what he says is Obama’s draft registration begins with the numbers 042, which would be issued to someone born in Connecticut, not Hawaii.

Last week, California attorney Orly Taitz, who has led the legal challenges to Obama’s citizenship, filed an amended complaint in her latest lawsuit demanding Obama’s Social Security records, attaching as an exhibit the draft registration mailed to an address in Colorado Springs, according to the Reality Check Radio Blog.
It is unknown if the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Denver is investigating Hollister’s use of the data bases and obtaining Obama’s draft records.
Hollister denied breaking any laws.

“I was very meticulous and made sure everything I did was compliant with the law,” Hollister said, noting that he sent Obama an 1099 tax form.

A 1099 is an IRS income reporting form for independent contractors and free-lancers. Hollister did not explain how sending that to Obama complies with federal laws on the use of Social Security data.
Daniels said her doubts about Obama’s citizenship have only been reinforced by what Hollister found out.
Hollister said he started questioning Obama’s citizenship because as a retired Air Force officer he is subject to recall to active duty until he dies and he needs to be sure that Obama has the authority to give those orders.

Military attorney requesting veterans, active duty military to submit requests for clemency

 Lt. Col. Lakin, an Army Physician convicted for disobeying orders after being rebuffed by his chain of command regarding questions concerning President Obama's eligibility to be commander-in-chief, has not had his sentence formally certified by his commanding general despite having served over half of his sentence.

 Lakin,  whose family has longstanding ties in Greeley, expressed concern that Obama may not have met the constitutional requirement to be a "natural born citizen." The term is considered by some legal scholars to mean a citizen born of two American parents as opposed to a citizen who is born in America.

 In December, Lakin was court-martialed and convicted of disobeying orders and missing a movement. The eligibility issue was not permitted to be discussed during the court martial. Lakin was also forbidden from presenting any witnesses regarding the eligibility issue; including MGen McInerney, who stated that Lakin was acting exactly as training dictates by refusing to obey orders if he doubted their constitutionality.

 The conviction resulted in a six-month confinement at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas; discharge from the Army, and forfeiture of all pay and allowances.

 Maj. Matthew Kemkes, Lakin's military attorney, stated that, following the sentencing, MGen Horst, Lakin's commanding general, will approve or disapprove the court's findings and sentence. Horst "has broad discretion and can approve or disapprove the findings or sentence in part or in their entirety."

 Kemkes stated that the clemency request had not been submitted to MGen Horst even though Lakin's three months into his sentence. Kemkes stated the reason for the delay was they had not received the authenticated record of trial, similar to a trial transcript until recently.

 Former JAG Col., John Eidsmoe, said,  based on his experience it "seemed a little long to get the record of trial, but not unusually long." Eidsmoe said factors regarding the length of time to get the record of trial include the length of the court martial and other transcripts waiting to be published.

 Maj. Kemkes has asked for current, retired military or veterans to submit a short letter for Lakin's clemency request. Kemkes said those submitting letters should keep it to one page or three paragraphs in a person's own words and focusing on Lakin's actions in defense of the Constitution rather than reciting eligibility issues. Rank and service of the letter writer should also be included.

Aronoff: Obama Deconstructed - An Interview with Jack Cashill

Donald Trump’s recent comments calling for President Obama to show his birth certificate have brought added pressure on him to do so, because it seems to have been the impetus for at least some discussion of it in the mainstream media. But in reality, the unwillingness of Obama to release his original, long-form birth certificate is just one piece of much larger narrative that brings into question much of Obama’s past.
In an exclusive interview with Accuracy in Media, journalist and author Jack Cashill recently discussed his new book, Deconstructing Obama: The Life, Loves and Letters of America’s First Postmodern President. In it, Cashill makes a convincing case that Obama did not write the two books that helped launch his candidacy, Dreams from My Father and The Audacity of Hope. He argues that Dreams was actually written by William Ayers, the unrepentant terrorist who was a founder of the communist Weather Underground.
Through comparative writing samples, comments at unguarded moments by Ayers, and reporting by author Christopher Andersen in his book Barack and Michelle: Portrait of An American Marriage, Cashill is very persuasive. By comparing Obama’s book to Ayers’ book, Fugitive Days: A Memoir, Cashill finds examples of the same unlikely spelling errors in each, a number of the same listed literary influences, and similar qualities and features in the writing that are understandable for Ayers, but not likely at all, according to Cashill’s analysis, for Obama.
Herb Meyer, for one, was persuaded. Meyer was Special Assistant to the Director of Central Intelligence and Vice Chairman of the CIA’s National Intelligence Council during the Reagan administration. In a review for the website, American Thinker, Meyer writes:
“On page after page, chapter after chapter, Cashill shows why it simply isn’t possible for Obama to have produced such a high-quality autobiography.  For instance, Obama wrote nearly nothing before Dreams from My Father, despite being president of the Harvard Law Review, and what little he wrote in the years after Harvard is clunky and sophomoric. And yet Dreams from My Father contains some of the most elegant, evocative sentences ever penned by a politician.”
Added Meyer, “Cashill brings the reader to understand that in 2008 ‘Barack Obama’ wasn’t a candidate but a carefully created myth.  The leftist mainstream media bought that myth, which is why they blew off Cashill and his overwhelming amount of evidence that so much about Obama was fraudulent. That’s why Obama’s close relationships with Ayers and with the vicious America-hater Jeremiah Wright were ignored by the mainstream media during the campaign…”
Even Obama’s supporters on the Left have called for him to release his birth certificate, because they assume there is nothing to hide. Chris Matthews, David Corn and Clarence Page all urged Obama to do so, because, as Corn, the Washington bureau chief for Mother Jones magazine, said, “then we can make even more fun of the birthers.”
Back on December 27^th of last year, on MSNBC’s Hardball with Chris Matthews, the three of them rather reluctantly joined the chorus, but they did so nonetheless.  Here is the relevant portion of that transcript:
MATTHEWS:  But the department [in Hawaii] just said the other day that there is such a thing.  It exists.  The original document of his birth is available in storage.  They have it in storage, they say. If it exists, why not put it out?
CORN:  I would—I would...
MATTHEWS:  I’m just asking the obvious question.  Why not—will there be any harm done by releasing the original document?
CORN:  I will take the brave position of saying that if they can find it, they should put it out there, and then we can make even more fun of the birthers.
PAGE:  I’ll take the brave position of saying, yes, put it out there, and the birthers are still not going to believe it.  They’re going to say, ‘Well, that governor is part of the conspiracy, too,’ because he‘s a Democrat.
With more than 10 states in the process of attempting to pass laws requiring presidential candidates to release their birth certificates in order to be on the ballot in those states, even in 2012 in most cases, the subject takes on added importance.
Cashill is also critical of the conservative media, who until the recent Donald Trump comments have largely avoided discussing any of these topics. But he was on C-SPAN’s Book TV recently discussing his book and taking questions.
Besides these issues, we talked about the downing of TWA Flight 800, about which we both produced documentaries looking into what happened back in 1996, when that plane exploded over the Atlantic, killing all 230 aboard. We both, after extensive research and interviewing eyewitnesses and experts and reviewing the available evidence, are convinced that it was brought down by missiles. We also briefly discussed his books on Muhammad Ali and on intellectual hucksters, which prepared him for Deconstructing Obama.
Below, in italics, are excerpts from my interview with Cashill. You can listen to the entire interview or read the transcript here.
Iran doesn’t guard its nuclear secrets as tightly as he guards his birth certificate.  What’s this all about?  What kind of crazy thing is this?  Why do we even have to ask?  Why didn’t the media ask these questions two, three years ago when they could have—and should have?  Why didn’t our media—the conservative media—raise these questions?
…if I’m right, not only is Obama not a genius, but he’s a liar of some consequence.  He disowned Ayers—he barely knew this guy, “a guy in the neighborhood”—and not only that, but he had allowed this guy, a self-proclaimed Communist, to crawl around inside of his head for a mind meld of some proportion that we did not want to happen in our White House—because, even now, Ayers has extortionate power over Barack Obama.
But when you’re watching this in the campaign, and you’re onto this story, you’re saying, “Why isn’t anyone in the major media asking how it is that this radical anti-Semite, Khalid al Mansour, was pushing Obama into Harvard twenty years before the election?”  Isn’t this worth investigating, this connection?  No it wasn’t—it was worth burying…But they just buried that whole story, and when I saw that—I mean, you know this, and you and Accuracy Media have been confronting this for years, how they bury stories that they simply don’t want to share with the rest of the world.
…but at the end of the day—and I’ve looked at Obama’s life very carefully—I think what’s underestimated about Obama—and it tempers his radicalism—is his ambition.  He is ambitious.  He uses people.  He’s used them all his life.  I think he was using al-Mansour, rather than the other way around.  I think he was using Bill Ayers.  I mean, Bill Ayers was trying to use him too, but the calculation that went into Dreams from My Father in 1995 wasn’t to elect the President of the United States, it was to elect the Mayor of Chicago.  As Mayor, Obama could do Ayers a world of good, because Ayers was a power broker in Chicago, a big educational honcho.  The same year the book came out, ’95, Ayers had appointed Obama chairman of the $150 million slush fund called the Chicago Annenberg Challenge.  He launched his campaign that year, with a fundraiser from Ayers’ house.  Yeah, Obama was Ayers’ protégé…The guy is steely and ambitious—and do not underestimate that ambition.
It’s a disgraceful moment in the history of journalism, not on Stephanopoulos’s part—actually, he was the only good player in it.  He asked a legitimate question in the debate, in the primary debate.  It’s in April of 2008.  He asked Obama, “What do you say to those Republicans, to the American people who think that your association with Bill Ayers—” and he describes Ayers—“will cause you not to be elected in November?”  And then Obama answers with that famous line, “Bill Ayers is just some guy in the neighborhood.”  That’s a paraphrase, but is pretty close to it.  He kind of skates away from it.  Then he scolds Stephanopoulos for daring to ask this question about a man who committed “detestable acts in the ‘60s when I was only eight years old.”  In fact, the Weather Underground didn’t form until the ‘70s.  All of his bombings were done in the ‘70s…What’s interesting about what happened next—we didn’t know about JournoList at the time, but it was in effect—was that was these Left-leaning correspondents and pundits in Washington and New York collaborated on how to respond.  The next day, immediately after the debate, they savaged not Obama for waffling and lying, but Stephanopoulos for daring to ask that question.
There’s unintended humor here.  This is David Axelrod.  He’s very close to the camp—he’s the campaign’s main strategist.  It’s not like he was just some clown who didn’t know better.  When Politico comes to him—and Politico’s a very influential inside-the-Beltway publication, allegedly centrist, but not, it obviously skews Left—and asked him about whether they (Obama and Ayers) knew each other, Axelrod said, “Yeah, their kids went to school together.  That was their only contact.”  Now, Ben Smith, who’s writing about this for Politico, later, under pressure from his readers, adds what he calls an “update.”  It should have been labeled “Humiliated Correction.” Because when Obama’s oldest daughter starts kindergarten, Bill Ayers’s youngest child is 23 years old.
There’s a ruthless quality about the guy, by the way.  Keep that in mind.  And then he had to write The Audacity of Hope.  Now, it’s sort of a memoir, kind of a policy brief that came out about two years later.  David Remnick, the New Yorker editor, Pulitzer Prize winner, and a chief Obama biographer, tells us that, yeah, he wrote a chapter a weekend because he fell behind.  The chapters are 50 pages long.  Obama can’t write.  This book is an entirely different style than Dreams from My Father.  It’s clearly written by a different author…The chief suspect—I would say the only real good suspect—is Jon Favreau, his young speechwriter, who has written most of his famous speeches, starting back to 2004.

On December 22, 2010, the highly decorated U.S. Army officer Lt. Col. Terry Lakin was put in Leavenworth Prison by the Obama regime for defying Obama’s redeployment orders to Afghanistan. Col. Lakin has an unblemished military record and has served America faithfully for the past eighteen years of his life. Col. Lakin swore a sacred oath to God to uphold the US Constitution. Due to overwhelming evidence, Col. Lakin has every reason to believe that Barack Hussein Obama is in the White House unconstitutionally [sic] orders from Obama as Commander-in-Chief are illegal.  In allegiance to the American flag and in fulfillment to the oath he swore to God to uphold the US Constitution, Col. Lakin refused the orders from Obama for redeployment to Afghanistan. Col. Terry Lakin stated that he would report for duty immediately upon release of Obama’s hospital generated birth certificate. Obama promised during his ’08 Presidential Campaign that “TRANSPARENCY” would be the cornerstone of his administration. Remember Obama told us, “It will all be on C-Span”? Didn’t Obama release top secret CIA documents that endangered our national security?  But rather than release his long form birth certificate, Obama put Col. Terry Lakin in prison three days before Christmas. Col Terry Lakin’s wife Pili is also a doctor and they have three children who are ages 3, 8 and 11. If Obama was born in America can you imagine how evil he must be to put a man in prison rather than just release his birth certificate? He is absolutely diabolical.

 

  

A US Army Officer’s Oath:

"I, [name], do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God."

As clearly shown above, Commissioned Officers in the service of the United States military are bound by this oath to disobey any order that violates the Constitution of the United States and Col. Terry Lakin did what this oath compelled him to do which is disobey ILLLEGAL orders from the ILLEGITIMATE Commander-in-Chief Barack Hussein Obama.

 

While Col. Lakin is in prison all Americans are in prison. On Dec. 22, 2010 the U.S. Constitution and liberty in America ostensibly died.

Taking Action to Defend the Constitution:

Congressmen have also taken an oath to uphold the Constitution.  Americans, call your representatives and demand that a bill be passed immediately by the House ordering Obama to comply with the U.S. Constitution and produce his hospital generated birth certificate or face impeachment charges.
