Alan Keyes: My Birther Lawsuit Will Proceed - By David Weigel
The perennial presidential candidate blogs that his quest to overturn the results of the 2008 election — which he surely would have won had Barack Obama had to answer questions about his citizenship — will continue, his lawsuit having not been dismissed.
I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama’s eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer’s arguments.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
There are two reasons Obama would hide the long-form certificate at a million dollars expense:
ReplyDelete1. Maybe he was born in Mombassa, Kenya; or 2. (More likely) that certificate is stamped ADOPTED with an indication that his US citizenship was revoked when he became Lolo Soetoro's adopted Indonesian son. If this has never been canceled, then "Obama" is not a US citizen. He committed a jail-time crime in becoming a Senator without being naturalized first.
Or both.
We won't dispute that! God knows all the permutations. One thing is for sure...the man is a fraud!
