PRESS RELEASE FROM ARTICLE II SUPER PAC...

For Immediate Release: Article II Super PAC Full Page Ad in Washington Times National Weekly

December 20th,2011

CDR Charles Kerchner (Ret. Navy) has donated a full-page ad in today’s print edition of the Washington Times National Weekly newspaper promoting the launch of a new Political Action Committee dedicated to the education and enforcement of Article II of the United States Constitution called Article II Super PAC.

Article II Super PAC's mission is to ensure that the President of the United States, who is also Commander-in-Chief of its Armed Forces, is constitutionally eligible for the office. To achieve this goal, the Article II Super PAC has created what it believes is a blueprint for success through its targeted initiatives. First, the Super PAC is organizing a legal team, which includes the brightest constitutional and election law experts to provide supportive counsel. Secondly, the Super PAC will provide the resources necessary to educate both the electorate and elected officials as to the definitive meaning of an Article II “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN,” as intended by our Founding Fathers. And third, the Super PAC, through its oversight of the Article II Legal Defense Fund and strategic partnerships with various ballot challenge initiatives, such as the Obama Ballot Challenge 2012, will provide the framework necessary to ensure that only persons with sole allegiance to the Republic of the United States of America are elected and allowed to assume the power and control of the Office of the President of the United States.

The Article II Super PAC would like to express not only its gratitude for this generous donation in support of our efforts, but also its deep abiding appreciation for CDR Kerchner’s unwavering support of the U.S. Constitution.

CDR Kerchner was the lead plaintiff in Kerchner v Obama, concerning Presidential eligibility..As a retired Naval Commander with the United States Navy he realizes that he has a sworn duty to uphold the Constitution, just as Congress does. His oath to the U.S. Constitution never expires.
